Titans agreed to terms with No. 11 overall pick OT Taylor Lewan on a four-year contract.

Lewan was the lone remaining unsigned rookie. As is the case with all first-round picks, the deal includes a fifth-year team option for 2018. Lewan will get run at both tackle spots in camp, but is currently behind Michael Roos at left tackle and Michael Oher at right. We'd assume he has his sights set on Oher. Roos is fully expected to remain on the blindside this season.

Raiders signed CB Daryl Worley, formerly of the Eagles.

Worley was cut by the Eagles after being arrested for DUI, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, and disorderly conduct fighting on April 15. A 2016 third-round pick of the Panthers, Worley put some promising moments on tape as a rookie but struggled last season and fell into a rotation for snaps.

ABC Dallas reports Cowboys DL David Irving is being investigated for domestic violence.

Irving was accused of domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend in what he called a social media "hack," but Frisco, Tex. police are taking the matter seriously enough to launch an investigation. Irving signed his restricted free agent tender just last week. He notched seven sacks in eight games in 2017. Irving served a four-game suspension for violating the league's PED policy last season, and is now looking at something much more serious.

49ers GM John Lynch has said the team will release Reuben Foster if his domestic violence charges are proven true.

"If charges proven true, if he did hit this young lady, he won't be part of this organization," was Lynch's blunt statement. Lynch did add that "patience is the right approach right now." Foster recently had a misdemeanor gun charge dismissed but is still facing felony gun and domestic violence charges. Lynch's words are unusually blunt for this sort of situation, and paint an ominous picture of Foster's 49ers future.

Raiders exercised WR Amari Cooper's fifth-year team option for 2019.

There was some manufactured drama over whether the Raiders would extend Cooper's rookie contract by a year, but this was always going to be the outcome. Slated to make $3.53 million this season, Cooper will be due roughly $13.9 million in 2019. The option is guaranteed for injury only, meaning the Raiders could still walk away unless Cooper fails his physical before the start of the next league year. Wildly inconsistent through his first three NFL campaigns, 24-year-old (in June) Cooper has nevertheless already posted two 1,000-yard seasons.

Tom Brady's agent fully expects his client to return for the 2018 season.

The "Brady might retire" story appeared mortally wounded mere hours after it arrived in the world, but it now sounds officially dead. Brady forcing the Patriots' hand with Jimmy Garoppolo and then retiring would have been an all-time betrayal. It also never seemed to have an actual chance of happening. Fresh off winning an MVP award at age 40 and throwing for over 500 yards in the Super Bowl, Brady will enter 2018 remaining one of the very best players in the league.

Landon Collins underwent surgery on his forearm Monday.

Collins originally underwent surgery after he broke his forearm last December, but the bone did not heal properly. The safety confirmed he would need a second surgery earlier this month. Collins is expected to be sidelined six-to-eight weeks.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Ravens "are out" on free agent Dez Bryant.

A similar report popped up last week, but the signing of Willie Snead officially put the Ravens' interest to bed. Dez has also been linked with the Cardinals, Bills, and Packers, but nothing concrete has materialized to this point. It is possible both Dez and his potential suitors want to see how the draft shakes out before making any decisions.

Ravens signed Willie Snead, formerly of the Saints, to a two-year, $7 million contract.

The deal includes a $2 million signing bonus. Since Snead was a restricted free agent, the Saints had the option to match his offer sheet, but they declined. Snead was foiled by a suspension, injuries, and a lack of playing time last season, but he was a consistently productive part of New Orleans' passing attack in 2015 and 16, racking up 141 catches for 1,879 yards and seven touchdowns those two seasons. He is a good get for a team which needs as much help in the passing game as they can find.

Steelers exercised OLB Bud Dupree's fifth-year option for 2019.

The No. 22 overall pick of the 2015 draft, Dupree has been mostly a disappointment through three seasons, recording just 14.5 sacks total. He had his most productive season last year, however, and the option is guaranteed for injury only, meaning the Steelers can still cut him next spring if he does not improve. If he plays out the option year, Dupree will earn $9.232 million in 2019.
Apr 23 - 9:54 AM

Cowboys exercised DB Byron Jones' fifth-year option for 2019.

Assuming he is not extended before then, Jones will earn $6.266 million in 2019. The salary is guaranteed for injury only. Jones has primarily played safety each of the last two seasons, but he is expected to move to corner this year.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Louisville QB Lamar Jackson had a top-30 visit with the Patriots.

It is interesting because the Patriots both need a developmental quarterback behind Tom Brady and have two picks at the end of the first round, Nos. 23 and 31. Expected to be selected in the first 20 picks, Jackson might not fall to New England, but they have the firepower to move up and get him if they are interested. Jackson also visited the Ravens last week.
