Suspended WR Ace Sanders returned to the Jaguars on Sunday.

Sanders took a leave of absence after it was announced he'd be suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the substance abuse policy. He missed the first three preseason games but might get some work in the finale. Once the season starts, Sanders can't practice with the team until Week 5.

Doctors will determine whether Andrew Luck (I.R., shoulder) needs another surgery after he resumes throwing.

The surgery would occur in January, though Luck is optimistic it won't be necessary. Luck will return to the United States this week after spending the last month rehabbing in Europe. He experienced pain the last time he threw and if that pain returns, Luck would likely undergo a tenodesis procedure to relocate his biceps tendon. Luck was hoping to be ready for the start of next season but another surgery would obviously complicate things.

Kyle Rudolph (ankle) is active for Week 15 against the Bengals.

Rudolph was previously listed as doubtful after sitting out practice but was upgraded to questionable on Saturday. He draws a good matchup against the Bengals banged-up defense and is worth starting in Week 15.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Chris Hogan (shoulder, questionable) is not expected to play Week 15 against the Steelers.

It is a surprise after Hogan played almost every snap in his return and got in three limited practices this week. It is possible he suffered a setback, but it is also possible the Patriots are just making sure he is 100 percent for the playoffs. With Hogan out, Danny Amendola gets a small boost. Kenny Britt will also be active, but he is not worth a look in fantasy leagues.
Dec 17 - 11:48 AM

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports new Patriots WR Kenny Britt is expected to be active Week 15 against the Steelers.

With Chris Hogan (shoulder) not expected to play, Britt will be active less than a week after signing with New England. After showing little effort in Cleveland, Britt turning around his season in New England would be a very Patriots outcome. Still, he is not worth a look in fantasy this week.
Dec 17 - 11:46 AM

Redskins declared LT Trent Williams, LB Zach Brown, WR Robert Davis, OG Kyle Kalis, DE Terrell McClain, S Montae Nicholson and C Demetrius Rhaney inactive for Week 15 against the Cardinals.

Williams has been hampered by a knee injury for much of the year and will likely undergo surgery after the season. Now that they're out of playoff contention, the Redskins may decide to go ahead and shut Williams down. Ryan Anderson (ankle), Ryan Grant (ankle), Maurice Harris (concussion), Morgan Moses (ankle) and Chase Roullier (hand) are all active for Week 15.
Dec 17 - 11:39 AM

Matt Forte (knee) is active for Week 15 against the Saints.

Forte officially did not practice at all this week -- although beat writers did see him getting in some work Thursday -- but the Jets appear to just be managing the veterans reps. He will be ready for his normal timeshare with Bilal Powell, making both underwhelming FLEX options. New York declared DE Muhammad Wilkerson (suspended), CB Derrick Jones, CB Jeremy Clark, RB Akeem Judd, LB Freddie Bishop, OL Ben Ijalana, and OL Jonotthan Harrison inactive.
Dec 17 - 11:36 AM

Kelvin Benjamin (knee) is active for Week 15 against Miami.

Benjamin will play through his knee issues after practicing on a limited basis. He isn't a lock for a full workload and is at risk of another in-game setback. Buffalo's inactives are QB Nathan Peterman, OG John Miller, FB Mike Tolbert, WR Brandon Reilly, TE Khari Lee, OL Conor McDermott, and DB Breon Borders.
Dec 17 - 11:34 AM

Saints declared Ted Ginn (ribs) inactive for Week 15 against the Jets.

Ginn expected to play through the rib injury he suffered last week, but the Saints are going to play it safe. Willie Snead and Brandon Coleman should pick up more snaps with Ginn sidelined. New Orleans also declared LB A.J. Klein (groin), DE Trey Hendrickson (ankle), LB Jonathan Freeny, Jonathan Williams, C Cameron Tom, and WR Austin Carr inactive for Week 15.
Dec 17 - 11:32 AM

Panthers SCB Captain Munnerlyn is a healthy scratch for Week 15 against the packers.

Unhappy with his role, Munnerlyn walked out of Wednesday's practice. Now he has no Sunday role. Colin Jones will likely man the slot for the Panthers. Also inactive for the Panthers are QB Garrett Gilbert, FB Alex Armah, LB Shaq Thompson, RG Trai Turner, DE Zach Moore and C Tyler Larsen.
Dec 17 - 11:29 AM

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Marvin Lewis is planning to leave the Bengals after this season to pursue other opportunities.

Lewis was already in lame-duck status, so this is a mutual parting. The Bengals have been trending toward moving on since owner Mike Brown didn't extend Lewis going into 2017. Lewis has a .525 winning-percentage (123-111) but is winless in the playoffs and looking at consecutive losing seasons. He won't be back in Cincy, but Lewis could draw offseason interest as a retread.
Dec 17 - 10:25 AM

Paxton Lynch (ankle) is expected to be medically cleared by Sunday.

Lynch should be a full participant when the Broncos resume practicing this week. Coach Vance Joseph acknowledged that the team wants to see what Lynch can do, though Brock Osweiler may have earned a start after playing well in relief of Trevor Siemian (shoulder) in Thursday's win over Indianapolis. A decision on who will start Week 16 at Washington will likely be made on Monday.
