CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora "continues to hear" that coach Hue Jackson and his staff is "all in" on Myles Garrett at No. 1, but the front office and owner Jimmy Haslam is leaning more toward Mitchell Trubisky.

The "owner badly wants a QB," according to La Canfora. Haslam was said to be the one who banged the table for Johnny Manziel a couple years back, and that obviously backfired terribly. Maybe Haslam should consider refraining from meddling in personnel decisions and try and let his staff turn around this franchise. However, it sounds like the front office is also in his corner on this one, wanting a potential franchise passer. Garrett is a legitimate game-changer, and the "football guys," as in the coaching staff, know it. EVP Sashi Brown spoke earlier this week and hinted the pick will either be Garrett or Trubisky.

Philip Rivers (concussion) has been cleared to start Week 11 against Buffalo.

This was expected after Rivers practiced fully all week. He's passed the concussion protocol and will extend his streak to 186 consecutive games played. Rivers is Rotoworld's No.11-ranked quarterback for Week 11.

The Detroit Free Press considers contract-year DE Ezekiel Ansah a candidate for a one-year, prove-it deal.

Ansah is having a down 2017 and has struggled with injuries the last two seasons. He should still push for $10-plus million on his next deal, but may need to reestablish his value to get multiple years of guaranteed money. Ansah isn't going to be franchised at an $18M salary.

Martellus Bennett (shoulder, hamstring) is questionable for Week 11 against the Raiders.

Bennett looks on track to play after a limited week of practice. He played only seven snaps in his first game with the Patriots, but should see his role increase. Bennett is just a touchdown-dependent streamer.
Nov 17 - 5:07 PM

Dez Bryant (knee) will play in Week 11 against the Eagles.

Bryant was removed from the injury report after practicing fully the last two days. He should play his normal snaps Sunday night, but the Cowboys pass protection is a concern with LT Tyron Smith sidelined. Bryant is more of a midrange WR2 for Week 11.
Nov 17 - 5:02 PM

Zach Ertz (hamstring) wasn't listed on the Eagles' final injury report for Week 11 against the Cowboys.

He sat out Week 9 but had the bye to rest his injured hamstring and was a full participant at every practice this week. Ertz will take a four-game touchdown streak into Sunday night's game in Dallas. He's RotoPat's No. 3 tight end for Week 11.
Nov 17 - 4:53 PM

Cowboys LT Tyron Smith (back, groin) is questionable for Week 11 against the Eagles.

This is a surprise after NFL Network's Jane Slater reported Thursday that Smith would be out this week. It's likely that will still be the case, though the Cowboys will ruminate a bit before making a final decision. The Cowboys' offensive line was a mess with Smith sidelined in Week 10, allowing eight sacks in a loss to Atlanta. Byron Bell is expected to man left tackle if Smith can't go for Sunday night's game at Jerry's World.
Nov 17 - 4:30 PM

Ty Montgomery (ribs) is out for Week 11 against the Ravens.

As expected. Montgomery didn't even practice this week after aggravating a rib injury in Sunday's win over Chicago. With Aaron Jones (sprained MCL) also out, Jamaal Williams will seize the lead role in Green Bay's backfield. He'll be a volume-based RB2/3 in a tough matchup against a stout Ravens' front seven. Fantasy owners should consider TyMont week-to-week.
Nov 17 - 4:28 PM

Philip Rivers (concussion) is questionable for Week 11 against the Bills.

Despite the questionable listing, Rivers practiced all week and is fully to expected to play, which would his extend his streak of consecutive games played to 186. Going against a Bills defense that yielded 47 points in a Week 10 loss to New Orleans, Rivers is in the QB1 conversation.
Nov 17 - 3:38 PM

Kenny Stills (questionable, back) said he expects to play against the Buccaneers in Week 11.

Stills seems to think he'll be out there on Sunday, though coach Adam Gase doesn't sound quite as confident. "Things are looking better than they were yesterday," he said following Stills' absence from Friday's practice. "We'll kind of see. We've got a couple of days still." It sounds like a decision on Stills could come down to the wire, though luckily the Dolphins play at 1 PM ET on Sunday. Stills hasn't missed a game since 2014.
Nov 17 - 3:14 PM

The Cardinals have named Blaine Gabbert their starting quarterback for Week 11 against the Texans.

Drew Stanton (questionable, knee) will back up Gabbert if healthy, otherwise Matt Barkley will serve as the No. 2. While Gabbert has never lived up to his first-round hype, he should be an improvement on Stanton, who has looked completely overmatched in his two starts this year. It's definitely risky, but Gabbert does flash some QB2 appeal and could make for a cheap DFS tournament play against an injury-ravaged Texans defense.
Nov 17 - 2:57 PM

Chris Hogan (shoulder) is out for Week 11 against the Raiders.

Marcus Cannon (ankle) and Matthew Slater (hamstring) have also been ruled out for Sunday's game in Mexico City. Hogan hasn't played or practiced since coming down with a shoulder injury in Week 8. His absence helps Danny Amendola, who gets an enticing matchup against a leaky Raiders secondary.
