Marcus Mariota (hamstring) is questionable for Week 5 against the Dolphins.

Coach Mike Mularkey said Mariota will be a game-time decision. Most signs point to Mariota not playing Sunday after the Titans signed Brandon Weeden and have limited Mariota to stationary throws, not allowing him to test the hammy. It would be wise for the Titans to just give Mariota a week and start Matt Cassel while trying to ride the run. The Titans kick off at 1 PM ET.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Evan Engram is "week to week" with a sprained MCL.

It is ultimately good news after he was quickly ruled out on Sunday, but it is still likely Engram will miss some time. Rhett Ellison caught three passes for 39 yards and a touchdown against the Texans, but he is more of a blocking option. Fantasy players should look elsewhere for a replacement.

Falcons S Ricardo Allen suffered a torn Achilles' Week 3 against the Saints.

It is the second safety the Falcons have lost for the season in the first three games after Keanu Neal suffered an ACL tear in Week 1. Atlanta was already struggling on defense, especially covering opposing running backs out of the backfield, and this injury is not going to help. Jordan Richards played in Allen's spot after he exited, but the Falcons could look to bring someone in. Rumors of an Earl Thomas trade refuse to go away, and he would be a plug-and-play option in former DC Dan Quinn's defense. Eric Reid also remains a free agent.

49ers GM John Lynch told NBC Sports' Peter King "all indications" suggest Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a torn ACL.

It is the same thing coach Kyle Shanahan said after the game. "Our [medical] guys say they’ve been wrong before and so they need to do the MRI, obviously," Lynch added, but it would be a shock if Garoppolo is dealing with anything less than a season-ending injury. C.J. Beathard should be the 49ers' starter the rest of the way.

Kenny Golladay caught 6-of-7 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown in the Lions' Week 3 win over the Patriots.

Golladay continued to start over Golden Tate in two-wide sets. He scored the Lions' first touchdown of the game, extending the ball across the goal-line on a play where he was tackled at the one-yard line. Golladay has at least 100 yards or a touchdown in every game this season. He's a WR2 for Week 4's matchup with the Cowboys.
Sep 23 - 11:44 PM

Kerryon Johnson had 16 carries for 101 yards in Detroit's Week 3 win over the Patriots.

Johnson is the first Lions' running back to run for 100 yards since 2013. He continued to have to hot hand over LeGarrette Blount, though both ended up with 16 carries. Johnson has seperated himself from Blount through the first three games, and should emerge as the lead back moving forward. He's on the FLEX radar against the Cowboys in Week 4.

Chris Carson tallied 102 yards and a touchdown on 32 carries while also earning two catches for 22 yards on two targets Sunday in the Seahawks’ Week 3 win over Dallas.

Not a bad day at the office for Carson, who out-touched backfield-mate Rashaad Penny by an overwhelming 34-3 margin. Penny found himself in Pete Carroll’s doghouse after botching a handoff in the first half and Carson took full advantage of the opportunity, becoming the first Seahawk to rush for 100 yards in a regular season game since Thomas Rawls in Week 13 of 2016. The 24-year-old scored his first career rushing touchdown on a five-yard scamper early in the fourth quarter. Obviously, Carson wasn’t very efficient on Sunday—he averaged a mere 3.2 yards per carry—though the 24-year-old remains ahead of Penny in the Seahawks' backfield pecking order. He should be in play as a back-end RB2 next week against the Cardinals.
Sep 23 - 8:47 PM

Mike Williams caught 4-of-7 targets for 81 yards and two touchdowns in the Chargers' Week 3 loss to the Rams.

Williams took advantage of Travis Benjamin's absence by securing two touchdown grabs. The first score came on a beautiful 42-yard diving catch in the end zone where he showed why the Chargers selected him with the No. 7 overall pick in 2017. Williams appears to be over his back issues that plagued him all last year and his role should continue to grow. Even if Benjamin returns next week, Williams has earned WR3/4 status with his performance today.

Cardinals coach Steve Wilks wouldn't commit to Sam Bradford starting in Week 4.

Wilks plans to watch tape before determining the starter against Seattle. Bradford was benched in the fourth quarter after three turnovers, but Josh Rosen struggled in relief — throwing an interception and pick-six that was called back. The Cardinals should announce their decision early next week.
Sep 23 - 7:59 PM

Robert Woods caught 10-of-11 targets for 104 yards and two touchdowns in the Rams' Week 3 win over the Chargers.

Going into the game, Woods was a breakout candidate as he was leading the team in targets and air yards but only had 118 scoreless yards to show for it. Today was a different story. The Chargers had no answers for Jared Goff and Woods, who scored two times on the same red zone play and ended with over 100 receiving yards. With at least nine targets in all three games, Woods is a WR2/3 even against the Vikings on Thursday night.
Sep 23 - 7:47 PM

David Johnson rushed 12 times for 31 yards while catching 4-of-4 targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Bears.

The bright spot was a 21-yard touchdown catch in the 1st quarter off a play action where Johnson dusted a linebacker in coverage for an easy pitch and catch. A week after promising to get Johnson more usage split out as a receiver, that was not the case on Sunday. Johnson has now found the end zone in two of the first three games, but has now rushed 34 times for 116 yards (3.4 YPC) with 10 catches for 63 yards. With the Cardinals potentially turning to Josh Rosen as their starting quarterback things may begin to shift for Johnson moving forward, but he will only be a RB2 option next week against the Seahawks due to his floor potential when he fails to find the end zone.
Sep 23 - 7:33 PM

Jared Goff completed 29-of-36 passes for 354 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception in the Rams' Week 3 win over the Chargers.

Goff has back-to-back games with 354 passing yards, but his three touchdowns are the most since Week 15 of 2017. Robert Woods was Goff's primary target today as the two connected for two touchdowns, but Brandin Cooks came just one foot short of his first touchdown too. Sean McVay has this offense cooking right now -- they have scored at least 33 points in all three games -- but they have a test with the Vikings coming up on Thursday Night Football.
