Colts coach Chuck Pagano said Andrew Luck (shoulder) will not play Week 6 against the Titans.

Pagano did say Luck will work with the scout team and see snaps in 7-on-7s, which is more than he did in practice last week. The Colts are taking Luck's recovery painfully slow, but we are at least seeing progress. That said, it seems unlikely he is ready to face the Jaguars in Week 7.

Marcus Mariota (elbow) practiced again on Thursday.

According to the assembled press, Mariota was throwing the ball with more velocity. Neither Mariota nor coach Mike Vrabel have inspired much confidence about his Week 3 status, but it's looking like there's a legitimate chance he takes the reins back from Blaine Gabbert. If he does, Mariota will be facing the worst possible matchup in the Jaguars.
Sep 20 - 3:08 PM

Julio Jones (calf) remained sidelined at Thursday's practice.

Jones told the media Thursday that his absence was just a precaution after his calf tightened up in Sunday's win over Carolina. We'd expect him to close out the week with a limited session on Friday. Even with Defensive Rookie of the Year Marshon Lattimore likely to shadow him, Jones will be safe to pencil in as a WR1 in all formats.
Sep 20 - 2:50 PM

Kelvin Benjamin (hip) was upgraded to full practice on Thursday.

Benjamin saw limited reps Wednesday due to a hip injury, though obviously the injury was nothing serious. He should see his usual workload on Sunday, though he'll be greeted by one of the league's better secondaries when the Bills travel to Minnesota.
Sep 20 - 2:40 PM

Updating an earlier report, Giovani Bernard (knee) was upgraded to full practice on Thursday.

It puts Bernard on track to play Sunday at Carolina. Gio averaged 23.5 touches in the two games Joe Mixon was absent for last year and should receive a similar workload in Week 3. That makes him an upside RB2 in all formats.
Sep 20 - 2:36 PM

Larry Fitzgerald (hamstring) returned to Cardinals practice on Thursday.

Fitz will be slapped with a "limited" tag, but coach Steve Wilks has already vowed he will play against the Bears. There is little reason to doubt that at this point. With Sam Bradford struggling mightily, Fitz is just a borderline WR2 for Week 3.

LeSean McCoy's ex-girlfriend is still accusing McCoy of being involved in the July burglary of her home and is holding a Friday press conference where she will announce a $20,000 reward for information in the case.

Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, Milton, Ga. police have "yet to uncover anything incriminating against" McCoy. The story is going to keep generating headlines but right now it is short on clear information or a straightforward narrative.

T.Y. Hilton (quad) remained sidelined on Thursday.

As did Jack Doyle and LT Anthony Castonzo. Hilton has claimed his injury is "nothing to worry about," but back-to-back DNPs = uncertainty. A "limited" session on Friday would have Hilton on track to play against the Eagles.
Sep 20 - 1:50 PM

Marlon Mack (foot, hamstring) remained sidelined Thursday.

Mack's return lasted one game. Barring a return to "full" status on Friday, he is almost certainly going to sit against the Eagles. That makes for a FLEX opportunity for Jordan Wilkins, albeit in a rough matchup. Mack is week to week and a shaky hold on the back-end of fantasy benches.
Sep 20 - 1:48 PM

Case Keenum (knee) resumed practicing on Thursday.

Keenum's absence was always believed to be precautionary. It's unideal that Keenum already needs his practice reps rationed, but he will be out there for a tough matchup with the Ravens. Keenum is a fringe Week 3 starter in two-quarterback leagues.
Sep 20 - 1:47 PM

Ravens ILB C.J. Mosley (knee) resumed practicing on Thursday.

Just a week removed from suffering a bone bruise, Mosley was reportedly still favoring his leg in individual drills. He's probably not going to return against the Broncos, but this bodes well for his Week 4 status.
Sep 20 - 1:37 PM

Alex Collins (illness) returned to Ravens practice on Thursday.

Collins' Week 3 status was never in doubt. He will be a low-end RB2 against the Broncos.
