CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports "confidants of [Dolphins owner] Stephen Ross" informed him that Ross "was ready to move on" from DT Ndamukong Suh.

Suh is heading into the fourth year of a six-year, $114 million mega-deal and is set to count a whopping $26.1 million against the Dolphins' salary cap. That's almost $9 million more than the next-closest defensive tackle. Suh just turned 31 last month but remains a legitimate game-wrecking force inside. However, the Dolphins need a lot more than Suh before they start competing for Super Bowls. Designating Suh a post-June 1 cut would save Miami $17 million versus the cap.

Updating an earlier item, Elijah McGuire (ankle) has been left off the Jets' final Week 15 injury report.

The Jets initially listed as McGuire as questionable and Trenton Cannon (toe) off the report. They have since flip-flopped. It confirms that McGuire will be leading the Jets' Isaiah Crowell-less backfield against the Texans. He should get enough touches to put himself in the RB2/3 mix.
Dec 13 - 3:04 PM

Courtland Sutton (thigh) wasn't listed on the Broncos' final injury report for Week 15 against the Browns.

He was upgraded to full participation at Thursday's practice, prompting the Broncos to remove him from the injury report. Sutton will have a chance to do damage Saturday night against the Browns, who are missing top corner Denzel Ward (concussion). He's our No. 29 receiver for Week 15.
Dec 13 - 2:45 PM

Browns CB Denzel Ward (concussion) is out for Week 15 against the Broncos.

Ward was hoping to return this week but he's yet to clear the concussion protocol. This will be his second straight absence. Ward sitting is good news for Courtland Sutton.
Dec 13 - 2:32 PM

Odell Beckham (quad) says he is doing "much better" but considers himself day to day.

Beckham seemed to consider himself genuinely questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans. Asked what was specifically wrong with his quad, Beckham responded, "I don’t know ... (stuff) ain’t right." This could come down to a game-time decision.
Dec 13 - 1:42 PM

David Johnson (quad) returned to practice on Thursday.

He sat out Wednesday's session with a quad issue, though coach Steve Wilks has been adamant that Johnson will suit up against Atlanta in Week 15. DJ's return to practice on Thursday puts him on track to do just that. Johnson hasn't had the year fantasy owners were hoping for, but he's in a golden spot against a struggling Falcons defense. He's worth firing up as an RB2 in all formats.
Dec 13 - 1:28 PM

T.Y. Hilton (ankle) remained sidelined at Colts practice Thursday.

There is now some legitimate intrigue as to Hilton's Week 15 status, but it remains possible the Colts are simply resting their veteran No. 1 receiver down the stretch of a punishing season. A "limited" day on Friday would have Hilton ready to rock against the Cowboys.
Dec 13 - 1:18 PM

Allen Robinson (hip) will practice Thursday.

Robinson sat out Wednesday's session, but coach Matt Nagy said that was just a "maintenance day." Robinson should be ready to face the Packers on Sunday.
Dec 13 - 12:58 PM

Elijah McGuire (ankle) is questionable for Week 15 against the Texans.

Trenton Cannon (toe) was left off the final report after a full practice Friday, but McGuire was only able to get in a limited session to close out the week. Even so, it would be surprising if McGuire is not active and leading the backfield on Saturday. McGuire will be a FLEX option in a tough matchup.
Dec 13 - 12:52 PM

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Carson Wentz has a fractured vertebra in his back.

Wentz was absent from practice for the second straight day. The fracture will reportedly heal on its own with rest, so he will avoid surgery. Schefter reports the Eagles are doing additional tests to determine if he can play through the issue. With Philly's playoff hopes hanging on by the thinnest of threads, it is likely Wentz will be shut down for the rest of the season. Nick Foles will start as long as Wentz is sidelined.
Dec 13 - 12:47 PM

LeSean McCoy (hamstring) had his helmet at the start of practice Thursday.

That usually indicates a player is practicing, although we will not know for sure until the practice report is released this afternoon. Any participation would be a good sign for his availability this week. Even if he plays, McCoy will be no more than a volume-hope RB3.
Dec 13 - 12:43 PM

Quincy Enunwa (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 15 against the Texans.

It is a bit of a surprise considering Enunwa was able to play through the injury last week, but there is no reason for the Jets to push him at this point. Jermaine Kearse should pick up a few more targets behind Robby Anderson.
