Marvin Lewis was vague on Tyler Eifert's health after he missed Tuesday's minicamp session.

Per reporter Jim Owczarski, Lewis was "surprised" at Eifert's absence. "As time goes on when we start to play football then we will have an idea of where he is," Lewis said afterward. Eifert claimed he was back to full health in March, but he was limited in last month's OTAs sessions. One of the league's least-durable players, Eifert has appeared in 24-of-64 possible games over the past four years.

ESPN's Dianna Russini reports Josh Allen (elbow) will not start Week 7 against the Colts.

Russini adds, "There is concern he will miss weeks." Russini also reports the Bills have yet to decide who will start in place of Allen, but "there is a feeling" coach Sean McDermott "is in danger of losing the locker room" if Nathan Peterman gets another start. Derek Anderson, who was just signed last week, is the only other option on the roster.

Aaron Jones rushed eight times for 41 yards in the Packers' Week 6 win over the 49ers.

The good news is Jones started for the Packers. His first run was a 16-yard scamper on the game's second play that was initially ruled a 17-yard touchdown before getting reversed. Jones got the call from the one-yard line on the next play but was stuffed for a one-yard loss before Ty Montgomery then scored on second down. Jones was targeted once in the pass game but dropped it, leading to more frustration for him. He's not going to get more looks in the pass game if he does that. Jamaal Williams rushed six times for 29 yards as this thing remains a total timeshare. Jones simply isn't getting enough carries and isn't taking advantage of pass-game spots to be trusted in fantasy lineups ahead of the Packers' Week 8 game against the Rams after the bye.
Oct 16 - 12:24 AM

Jimmy Graham caught 5-of-9 targets for 104 yards in the Packers' Week 6 win over the 49ers.

Graham has seen a combined 21 targets the last two weeks with Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison hurt. He's put the yards on the board, but Graham hasn't found pay dirt in that span. He ran free for a 54-yard gain in the first half of this one and bailed the offense out with a number of tough third-down grabs with Aaron Rodgers in trouble. Graham gets the Rams in Week 8 after the bye and will remain an every-week TE1, even with Cobb and Allison coming back.
Oct 16 - 12:11 AM

49ers RB Raheem Mostert rushed 12 times for 87 yards in Monday night's Week 6 loss to the Packers.

The fourth-year UDFA out of Purdue entered Monday with 13 career carries for 47 yards and has bounced around the league since entering it. He's settled in with San Francisco over the last year-plus and finally got his chance against Green Bay, taking full advantage with a team-high 87 yards on the ground. He and Matt Breida split the work, with Breida getting 14 carries to Mostert's 12 while previous change-of-pace Alfred Morris watched from the sideline and got zero touches. The offense just moved at a better pace with Mostert's speed instead of Morris' sloth-like suddenness. Mostert has probably earned 8-12 carries a week with this night, while Morris can be dropped in all fantasy formats.
Oct 16 - 12:06 AM

Alfred Morris didn't touch the ball in the 49ers' Week 6 loss to the Packers on Monday night.

Morris played one offensive snap. When he did touch the ball, Morris had an eight-yard run called back on a hold. He remained stationed on the sideline as the Niners went with a Matt Breida-Raheem Mostert tandem in the backfield. And those two shredded the Green Bay defense, combining for 148 yards and a score on 26 carries. Mostert led the way with 87 yards on 12 carries (7.25 YPC) and likely stole Morris' job in doing so. The offense was just so much more explosive with speed guys Breida and Mostert rather than slug Morris slowing the unit down with his three yards and a cloud of dust. Morris can be dropped in all formats.
Oct 15 - 11:58 PM

Davante Adams caught 10-of-16 targets for 132 yards and two touchdowns in the Packers' come-from-behind 33-30, Week 6 win over the 49ers.

Adams has been on a tear the past couple weeks with Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison sidelined with injuries. In the two games, Adams has reeled in 19-of-28 targets for 272 yards and three touchdowns against the Lions and Niners. Things didn't really pop off for him until the second half when Adams scored a 16-yard touchdown to tie the game at 30-30 with 1:55 left. He then made multiple catches on the final drive to get the Packers into field goal range for the win. This all came after he caught a nine-yard TD in the first quarter. Cobb and Allison should be back after the Week 7 bye, but Adams will remain an obvious WR1 the rest of the way.
Oct 15 - 11:54 PM

Marquise Goodwin caught 4-of-5 targets for 126 yards and two touchdowns in the 49ers' 33-30, Week 6 loss to the Packers on Monday night.

Battling quad and hamstring issues much of the first five weeks, Goodwin entered Monday with a combined five catches for 54 yards and one score in three games played. This game came out of nowhere, but Goodwin can do this anytime he steps on the field when healthy. He ran right by CB Kentrell Brice for a 67-yard touchdown in the first quarter before then beating veteran Tramon Williams for a 30-yard score nine minutes later. Where Goodwin was dropped in fantasy, he needs to be picked up immediately. He'll be a WR3/4 next week against the Rams.
Oct 15 - 11:48 PM

Aaron Rodgers completed 25-of-46 passes for 425 yards and two touchdowns in the Packers' 33-30, Week 6 comeback win over the 49ers on Monday night.

To borrow the words from ESPN analyst Jason Witten, Rodgers pulled a "rabbit out of his head" in the incredible fourth-quarter comeback. (Yes, Witten said head.) Rodgers and the Packers came out piping hot to open the game, with 60- and 54-yard completions to Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Jimmy Graham, respectively. 49ers DC Robert Saleh started dialing up the blitzes the rest of the way, causing Rodgers serious problems much of the second, third, and fourth quarters, but Rodgers turned it up and absolutely diced the Niners in the final two-plus minutes with a 16-yard touchdown strike to Davante Adams to tie the game at 30-30. (Witten used the rabbit reference here.) Rodgers then got the ball back at his own 10-yard line with 1:07 left and threw for 46 yards and added a 21-yard run to give Mason Crosby a walkoff 27-yard field goal for the win. The Packers are now on their bye ahead of a gargantuan Week 8 date in L.A. with the Rams.
Oct 15 - 11:27 PM

Coach Sean McVay expects Cooper Kupp (knee) to miss Week 7 against the 49ers.

"Most likely he probably will miss this game," McVay said. "And then dependent on how he responds it will just kind of be on a week-to-week basis." The Rams will turn to sophomores Gerald Everett and Josh Reynolds in Kupp's absence. Both will be deep down the totem pole for targets behind Robert Woods, Brandin Cooks, and Todd Gurley. Kupp shouldn't miss much time.

Pierre Garcon (shoulder, knee) is active Week 6 against the Packers.

Garcon isn't 100 percent after barely practicing this week, but he's going to gut it out. With the Niners likely to be playing catchup most of the night, Garcon has some WR4 appeal in deeper leagues.
Oct 15 - 6:56 PM

George Kittle (knee) is active for Week 6 against the Packers on Monday night.

Matt Breida (ankle) and Pierre Garcon (shoulder, knee) are also active. Kittle could have his snaps scaled back some but remains a lock-and-load TE1.
