Marlon Mack (hamstring) remained limited at Wednesday's practice.

Mack tested out his injured hamstring in pre-game warmups last week but was held out against Cincinnati. It would be nice to see him get in a full practice at some point, but right now, Mack looks better than 50 percent to play Sunday at Washington. His return would be a downgrade for Jordan Wilkins, who led the backfield with 17 touches in Week 1.

Chris Conley caught 7-of-8 targets for 74 yards and two touchdowns in the Chiefs' 54-51, Week 11 loss to the Rams on Monday night.

Sammy Watkins (foot) was active through a questionable tag and made the start, but he didn't play after the opening series, and Conley was thrust into an every-down role. He made it count in the shootout of the ages. It was a big night for Conley obviously, but he won't be on the fantasy radar in Week 13 after the bye if/when Watkins is back to 100 percent, which is the expectation.
Nov 20 - 12:53 AM

Sammy Watkins caught his lone target for four yards in the Chiefs' 54-51, Week 11 loss to the Rams on Monday night.

Watkins was active despite being listed questionable with a foot injury; he made the start and caught Patrick Mahomes' first pass before then disappearing to the sideline the rest of the game. He stayed there in uniform, so we're not sure it was an aggravation. But it looked like Watkins wasn't anywhere close to full health and may have only gotten the token start against his former teammates. He was a high-risk fantasy play. Watkins will now get the Week 12 bye to get right before likely being out there for normal snaps Week 13 at Oakland.
Nov 20 - 12:40 AM

Kareem Hunt rushed 14 times for 70 yards and caught 3-of-4 targets for 41 yards and one touchdown in the Chiefs' 54-51, Week 11 loss to the Rams.

The running backs were afterthoughts for the most part in this high-flying shootout that saw the teams combine for 1,001 yards and 14 touchdowns. Hunt scored his on a 21-yard catch-and-run, but this game quickly turned into a haymaker-for-haymaker slobber-knocker via the air. Hunt was still able to get "his", while Todd Gurley mustered just 94 scoreless yards on the other side. Hunt will get a Week 12 breather before taking on the hapless Raiders in Week 13.
Nov 20 - 12:36 AM

Brandin Cooks caught 8-of-12 targets for 107 yards in the Rams' 54-51, Week 11 win over the Chiefs on Monday night.

Cooks' 12 targets led the team in the first game without Cooper Kupp (knee), while Robert Woods had 11 looks and scored a touchdown. The only thing missing from Cooks' line was a trip to the end zone, but the Rams were getting the ball in his hands deep down the field and also close to the line of scrimmage, allowing him to showcase his speed. He had one pass knocked out of his hands on what would have been a 45-yard completion, and Jared Goff also short-hopped him on two deep middle crosses, so Cooks could have had a much bigger night. Still, he's topped 100 yards in three-straight games and gets the bye before a Week 13 date at the Lions.
Nov 20 - 12:32 AM

Travis Kelce caught 10-of-15 targets for 127 yards and one touchdown in the Chiefs' 54-51, Week 11 loss to the Rams on Monday night.

The crazy thing was Kelce was stuck on one catch for three yards on three targets before the final drive of the second quarter where he picked up three-straight catches to set up an eventual sort Chris Conley eight-yard touchdown. Kelce's 15 targets ended up being a game-high, and he found the end zone as well, scoring from four yards out in the third quarter to tie the game 30-30. Kelce was wrecking the Rams over the middle but also had a couple untimely drops. The Chiefs head into their bye before going to Oakland in Week 13. Kelce is THE TE1.
Nov 20 - 12:28 AM

Josh Reynolds caught 6-of-8 targets for 80 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' 54-51, Week 11 win over the Chiefs.

Starting in place of Cooper Kupp (torn ACL), Reynolds was third on the team in targets and nearly had a second touchdown but was unable to keep his big toe in bounds in the end zone. His first score came from four yards out, and he, Tyler Higbee, and Gerald Everett all had big games to make up for the loss of Kupp. Reynolds will be hit or miss down the stretch but obviously needs to be added everywhere he's available playing in this high-octane offense.
Nov 20 - 12:24 AM

Tyreek Hill caught 10-of-14 targets for 215 yards and two touchdowns in the Chiefs' 54-51, Week 11 loss to the Rams on Monday night.

The Rams opted to stick soon-to-be 31-year-old Sam Shields on Hill most of the night, sliding Marcus Peters away from him and into the slot on Travis Kelce. Safe to say that it didn't work. Hill whooped Shields all night long, getting open at will, and had his first-ever 200-yard receiving game. His big play was a 73-yard touchdown strike where Hill was wide open downfield, stopped and stood still after catching the ball before walking in the end zone when Shields fell down early in the route. Hill is already well over 1,000 yards on the season heading into the bye and will get a tasty draw with the Raiders in Week 13. Hill is an elite WR1.
Nov 20 - 12:18 AM

Todd Gurley rushed 12 times for 55 yards and caught all three of his targets for 39 yards in the Rams' 54-51, Week 11 win over the Chiefs on Monday night.

Gurley had 28 yards at halftime and was a relative non-factor considering these teams combined for 105 points and 1,001 yards with 14 touchdowns. Gurley appeared to hurt himself following a seven-yard catch in the first half, as Malcolm Brown got a little more run than normal out of the backfield. Gurley remained in the game plan, however, and isn't truly injured. He'll get the Week 12 bye to rest up ahead of a Week 13 road date with the Lions where he should bounce back.
Nov 20 - 12:12 AM

Patrick Mahomes completed 33-of-46 passes for 478 yards, six touchdowns, and three interceptions in the Chiefs' 54-51, Week 11 loss to the Rams on Monday night.

A game for the ages. Simple as that. This may end up being the true "Super Bowl" of the season, and we can only hope to see this matchup again in February for pure entertainment purposes. Mahomes turned the ball over five times, losing a pair of fumbles, setting up two Rams touchdowns, but two of his picks were last-ditch heaves in the fourth quarter with the Chiefs chasing three points. The guy is just incredible, and he and Jared Goff combined for 925 total yards and 11 touchdowns in a battle of MVP hopefuls. Mahomes' scores went to Tyreek Hill (two), Chris Conley (two), Travis Kelce, and Kareem Hunt. Both teams earned their Week 12 byes. Mahomes will get the Raiders in Week 13.
Nov 20 - 12:06 AM

Jared Goff completed 31-of-49 passes for 413 yards and four touchdowns in the Rams' 54-51, Week 11 win over the Chiefs on Monday night.

This was the best game of the season ... by a long shot. The Rams had two separate double-digit leads, leading by 13 and 10 at times, before the Chiefs erased both. Both offenses just traded blows all evening, while the defenses mixed in to land a couple haymakers of their own with sack-fumbles, touchdowns, and interceptions. Goff added a fifth score on the ground from seven yards out. His four passing scores went to Robert Woods, Josh Reynolds, and two to Gerald Everett, including the game-winning 40-yarder on a dime down the right sideline. The sad thing is Goff left a ton of throws on the field, missing a number of throws. But he came up big when it mattered most. The 105 combined points in this game were third-most ever and the most in Monday Night Football history. We can only hope for a rematch in the Super Bowl. The Rams get a much-needed bye before going to Detroit in Week 13.
Nov 20 - 12:00 AM

Cowboys TE Geoff Swaim will undergo surgery for a broken wrist and is out for Week 12 against the Redskins.

It's unclear if he'll be sidelined even longer or will try to play with some sort of cast, but we wouldn't be surprised if Swaim's season is over. Swaim has 26 catches for 242 yards and one touchdown after catching 11 balls 2015-2017.
