According to RDS, Andrei Kostitsyn will get a look from the Florida Panthers at training camp.

The Panthers will also have Marek Svatos and Alexei Kovalev at camp, according to multiple reports. Kostitsyn played 72 games between Montreal and Nashville last season and he registered 36 points. He became an unrestricted free agent in the summer and signed a one-year deal with Traktor Chelyabinsk of the KHL, where he has produced 12 goals and 20 points in 37 games this year.

The Colorado Avalanche will welcome back Tyson Jost to the lineup this afternoon against the New York Rangers.

Jost has eight points in 27 games this season and missed just one game due to his injury. Colin Wilson will be sacrificed in order to make room for the rookie forward. A.J. Greer and David Warsofsky will also be scratched.
Jan 20 - 3:01 PM

Reports are coming in that Martin Jones is day-to-day with what is considered a minor injury.

The injury could explain Jones' poor performances of late. Jones has only won one of his last five games, allowing 17 goals. The Sharks have recalled Troy Grosenick who will likely backup up Aaron Dell tonight against the Pittsburgh Penguins. All Martin Jones owners should consider picking up Dell if they are in a bind.
Jan 20 - 1:51 PM

The Nashville Predators activated forward Victor Arvidsson from injured reserve today.

Arvidsson is expected to suit up after missing two games with a lower-body injury. His 13 goals and 27 points in 42 games put him on a 52-point pace which is nine less points than his career high of 61 set last season. He should be inserted in all fantasy lineups tonight.
Jan 20 - 1:29 PM

The Ottawa Senators have announced that Erik Karlsson (illness) will suit up tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Karlsson hasn't picked up a point in his last three games and will look to break his mini-slump tonight against the Leafs. It will be interesting to see how head coach Guy Boucher spreads out the minutes amongst his blueliners with Karlsson under the weather. The Swedish defenseman has 30 points in 38 games this season.
Jan 20 - 1:14 PM

Morgan Rielly (upper body) is considered as being doubtful to suit up tonight vs. the Ottawa Senators.

Rielly missed Friday's practice and was originally declared questionable for tonight's matchup but has since been downgraded. It's looking like the Leafs will need to break their three-game skid without their top blueliner who has picked up 31 points in 47 games so far this season.
Jan 20 - 1:11 PM

Andrei Vasilevskiy was the first goaltender off the ice at today's morning skate, indicating he will be the starter tonight against the Wild.

Vasilevskiy is on a cold run, losing three of his last four starts while allowing a combined 19 goals. It'll be a tough task against Minnesota but the Russian goaltender owns an impressive 3-0-1 career record against them with a 0.97 goals against average and .968 save percentage. Vasilevskiy has a 27-8-2 record with a 2.23 goals-against-average and a .929 save percentage this season.
Jan 20 - 1:06 PM

The Nashville Predators have announced that forward Viktor Arvidsson will be a game-time decision tonight.

After a 61-point breakout campaign last season, Arvidsson has slightly regressed with a 52-point pace. The talented forward has missed the last two games due to his ailment but should be inserted into all fantasy lineups if he indeed is able to suit up tonight against the Florida Panthers.
Jan 20 - 12:23 PM

Jonathan Quick allowed two goals on 31 shots in a 2-1 loss to the Anaheim Ducks.

Quick appeared to have eyes behind the back of his head to somehow reach back and cover up the puck on what would have been a sure goal. Unfortunately, his heroics weren't enough as he has now lost five straight. The veteran goaltender is now one more loss shy of matching his season-high of six straight losses that occurred between Nov. 9-22. His record drops to 19-16-2 with a 2.34 goals against average and a .924 save percentage.
Jan 20 - 12:52 AM

William Karlsson scored a goal in Friday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Florida Panthers.

Karlsson has arguably been the biggest surprise of the season in the entire NHL so far. His goal at the 6:54 mark of the second period tied the game at two. Karlsson has now found the back of the net eight times in his last nine games. The 24-year-old has 25 goals and 39 points in 45 games this season. His previous career high was nine goals (2015-16 with Columbus). David Perron and James Neal also scored for the Golden Knights in loss.
Jan 19 - 10:38 PM

Aleksander Barkov picked up a goal and two assists in Friday's 4-3 overtime win over the Vegas Golden Knights.

Barkov's shorthanded goal in the first period gave the Panthers a 2-1 lead at the time. The Panthers forward also registered the primary assist on Evgenii Dadonov's go-ahead tally (3-2) in the third frame. In overtime, Barkov was denied on a beautiful breakaway attempt, but he ended up collecting the primary assist when Aaron Ekblad scored the game-winning goal just a few seconds later. He finished the game with a plus-2 rating, five shots on goal and two blocked shots in 19:39 of ice time. The 22-year-old now has 15 goals and 43 points in 43 games this season.
Jan 19 - 10:34 PM

John Carlson scored a power play goal in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Montreal Canadiens.

Carlson's perfect blast from the point tied the game at one in the second period. The Capitals defender finished the night with a minus-1 rating, eight shots on goal and a blocked shot in 29:11 of ice time. Carlson now has accumulated nine points in his last nine contests. He's up to six goals and 36 points in 47 games. He'll continue to be a strong fantasy option in all fantasy formats. Lars Eller also found the back of the net for the Capitals on Friday night.
