Phil Kessel finally scored his first goal of the season to give Toronto a 3-2 victory against Winnipeg on Thursday night.

He scored at the 15:52 mark of the third period on a Leafs power play to snap a 2-2 tie an end his 10-game goalless drought. Kessel was bound to score sooner or later as he has been credited with a whopping 46 shots in only 11 games. Tyler Bozak had a shorthanded goal and an assist in the match, while Matt Frattin had Toronto's other marker.

Christian Dvorak scored twice in a 5-2 win over the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night.

The center picked up his first two-goal game of the season and first since March 2017. He wasn't the only Coyotes player to score on Saturday, as Zac Rinaldo, Brendan Perlini, and Christian Fischer also scored for Arizona. Dvorak now has seven goals and 23 points in 48 games played this season.

Evgenii Dadonov scored two assists in a 4-3 loss to the Nashville Predators on Saturday night.

Dadonov extended his point streak to six consecutive games in the loss to Nashville with helpers on goals by Vincent Trocheck and Keith Yandle. Dadonov has eight points during his point spree and 29 points in 37 games this season.

Nick Bonino scored a goal and added two assists in a 4-3 win over the Florida Panthers on Saturday night.

Bonino scored his seventh of the year against Florida Saturday. He also assisted on a pair of goals by Kevin Fiala in the victory. Nashville's other goal was scored by P.K. Subban. Bonino has 12 points in 34 games this season.

Aaron Dell made 31 saves on 32 shots in a 2-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday night.

Dell has been more than solid for the San Jose Sharks this campaign and now he's got three wins in his last three appearances. He hasn't lost in regulation since November. Dell's record improves to 11-3-2 with two shutouts, a 2.18 GAA, and a .928 save percentage.

Auston Matthews scored his 20th goal of the season in a 4-3 comeback win over the Ottawa Senators on Saturday night.

Matthews's goal snapped a four-game drought. He's on pace for a 30-goal season. The Leafs also got goals from Mitchell Marner, Connor Carrick, and Zach Hyman in the victory. Matthews has 20 goals and 35 points in 38 games this season.

David Pastrnak scored two goals in a 4-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night.

Pastrnak's two goals on Saturday now give him 20 on the season. At this rate, he's on pace to register his second-straight 30-goal season. The Bruins also got goals from Torey Krug, to which Pastrnak also provided an assist for, and an empty-net goal from Riley Nash. Pastrnak has 20 goals and 44 points in 45 games this season.

Max Pacioretty scored his 15th of the season in a 4-1 loss to the Boston Bruins on Saturday night.

Captain Max is heating up. Pacioretty scored his seventh goal in seven games for the Canadiens, opening the scoring. However, the goal came in a losing effort. The captain now has 15 goals and 29 points in 47 games this season for the Bleu-Blanc-Rouge.

Elias Lindholm scores two goals in a 3-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday night.

Tonight marked the first multi-goal game of the season, and his first since Jan. 2016. The Canes also got a goal from Justin Williams in the victory. Lindholm now has 14 goals and 27 points in 45 games this season for Carolina.

The Red Wings have already announced that he won't be returning to tonight's game. The team will likely give a more detailed update on his status after the game or in the coming days.

Rielly didn't practice on Friday and his status was downgraded to "doubtful" earlier this morning, so it isn't shocking to see him sit out. He has 31 points in 47 games this season. He's considered day-to-day for now.

Head coach Peter DeBoer has confirmed that starting goaltender Martin Jones is dealing with a lower-body injury.

DeBoer added that the injury is not considered serious but Jones won't make the trip to Anaheim. We'll likely get another update on his status after tomorrow's game vs. the Ducks but for now owners of Jones should consider picking up Aaron Dell if they are in a bind.
