Jeff Carter scored his 12th, 13th, and 14th goals of the season to lead the Kings 5-1 over the Nashville Predators.

This now moves Carter into a tie for second place in goal scoring in the NHL, tied with Pittsburgh's James Neal. There's only Steven Stamkos in Carter's way, but he's unlikely to pass Stamkos thanks to his streakiness. Carter has scored a whopping 26% of the Kings goals so keep throwing him out there.
