Penguins coach Dan Bylsma is just one win away from 200.

Bylsma has coached in 315 regular season games, so he's well on his way to reaching the 200-win mark faster than any other coach in NHL history. The current record holder is Bruce Boudreau, who did it in 326 games. "It's something I looked at in the offseason, and when the shortened schedule [was announced after the lockout], I thought it probably was not going to be a possibility," Bylsma said. "We set our sights on the number of wins we thought we would need to be successful this year. That was around 30 to 32 wins. That came up short of the 200 mark."

Pavel Datsyuk scored Detroit's only goal in their 2-1 shootout loss to Colorado on Sunday.

The third period goal opened the scoring in the game, but the Wings were unable to fend off the Avalanche in a nine round shootout. Datsyuk now has 13 goals and 24 points in just 22 games. The goal breaks a three-game pointless drought for the 36-year-old. Riley Sheahan and Henrik Zetterberg picked up the assists on Datsyuk's goal.

The Carolina Hurricanes have activated Alexander Semin (lower body) off the injured reserve list.

The move occurred after the Rangers game on Saturday so Semin is slated to play on Sunday when the Hurricanes and Rangers play the back end of the home-and-home series. Semin has been a huge disappointment this season with only six points as he has also been a healthy scratch from time-to-time. Put him in your lineup if that is what you would normally do.
