Despite leading the Penguins in scoring in the first round of the playoffs, Evgeni Malkin isn't satisfied with his start to the NHL's second season.
"I could say it's going good, but (Game 6), like the rest, was probably up and down," Malkin said. "I'm happy to win, but I can do more, play better." He notched nine helpers and 11 points in six contests against the New York Islanders. Malkin's left shoulder may require off-season surgery, so the fact that he's not feeling quite 100 percent may be what's contributing to his negative mindset. He doesn't like the giveaways he's committed either, but fantasy owners are probably pleased with the contributions he's made thus far.
