Steve Mason was instrumental in Philadelphia's 2-1 win over New York in Game 4, stopping 37 shots in his return to the lineup on Friday night.

The Rangers piled on the pressure all game long, at times dominating the hometown Flyers, but Mason played a solid game and gave his team the chance to win. The Flyers were outshot 38-25, gave away the puck 13 times and were shorthanded four times, but Mason provided strong netminding in sending the series back to Madison Square Garden knotted up at two. Mason made his first start since suffering an upper body injury on April 12.

Kyle Palmieri (foot) will draw into the Devils' lineup on Monday.

That's not too surprising after Palmieri participated in Sunday's practice, but now his return has been confirmed. This will be his first game in roughly a month. He's projected to play on the top line with Taylor Hall and Nico Hischier.

Hall seemed probable after completing Sunday's practice and now the Devils have confirmed that he'll be back in the lineup. He missed two games as a result of the knee contusion.

Fiala's tally at the 19:22 mark of the second period gave the Predators a 2-0 lead at the time. The 21-year-old is now riding a seven-game point streak. He's accumulated nine points during that stretch. Fiala is up to eight goals and 23 points in 31 contests this season. Ryan Johansen scored the game-winning goal for Nashville on Saturday night.

Nikita Kucherov scored his 23rd goal of the season in a 6-5 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday night.

Kucherov opened the scoring for the Lightning with his 23rd of the year, tying him with Alexander Ovechkin for the league lead. Anton Stralman scored twice, along with Yanni Gourde, Mikhail Sergachev, and Victor Hedman en route to a 6-5 victory for the Bolts. Kucherov has 23 goals and 46 points in 32 games played.

Vladimir Tarasenko scored his 15th goal of the season in a 2-0 win over the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday night.

Tarasenko scored his 15th of the year in the first period of Saturday's victory, giving him 15 goals and 34 points in 34 games this season. Only Brayden Schenn has more goals than him with 16. Vince Dunn also scored for St. Louis.

Jonathan Drouin and the Canadiens went pointless in a 3-0 loss to the Ottawa Senators during the NHL100 Classic on Saturday night.

Drouin coughed up the puck while trying to exit his zone in the third period, leading to a goal from Bobby Ryan, icing the game. Following the game, the Habs didn't make the star forward available to the media. Drouin now has five goals and 17 points in 28 games played.

Alexander Ovechkin scored 23rd goal of the season in overtime of a 3-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday night.

Ovechkin continues to go back-and-forth with Tampa Bay's Nikita Kucherov for the league's goalscoring lead. Ovi's OT winner now gives him 23 on the year, which ties him with Kucherov atop the leaderboard. The Caps got goals from Nicklas Backstrom and Evgeny Kuznetsov, clawing back from a 2-0 deficit, before Ovi's winner. Ovechkin has 23 goals and 37 points in 34 games.

Yanni Gourde picked up a goal and an assist in a 6-5 win over the Colorado Avalanche.

Gourde is remarkably already up to 10 goals and 23 points in 32 games this season. The 26-year-old forward capped off a four-goal first period with a goal of his own. His assists came on goals scored by Nikita Kucherov and Anton Stralman. Stralman himself finished the game with two goals while Victor Hedman and Mikhail Sergachev also pinched in with a goal each.
