It was initially reported on Tuesday that Columbus expected Jones to play, but now coach John Tortorella has confirmed that the talented blueliner will be good to go. Jones left Monday's game as a precaution due to an upper-body injury and he didn't practice Wednesday. Still, you should feel free to keep him active.

Doughty left the contest in the first period. After the game, Kings coach Willie Desjardins called Doughty as day-to-day, but didn't disclose the nature of the injury.

Oscar Klefbom sustained a hand injury during Tuesday's game.

Klefbom was hurt while blocking a shot. He's heading back to Edmonton to be evaluated, but Oilers coach Ken Hitchcock has already said that he will be sidelined for "weeks, not days." Klefbom has been averaging nearly 26 minutes per game, so that's a huge hole to fill.

Matt Dumba scored two goals in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens.

The Wild put on an offensive clinic tonight. Jumping out to a huge 5-0 lead, with two power play goals scored by Dumba. The goals break a seven-game goalless drought for the blueliner. However, he has picked up 13 points over his last 13 games. Zach Parise, Nino Niederreiter, Jared Spurgeon, Charlie Coyle and Eric Staal also scored in the win.

Gustav Nyquist scored a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 6-2 loss to the Washington Capitals.

The Wings found themselves down 5-0 heading into the third period, but Dylan Larkin managed to put an end to Braden Holtby's shutout bid early in the final frame. Nyquist then scored the final goal of the game with just over three minutes left. Nyquist has been on a bit of a roll lately, as he has 13 points in his last nine games. He's up to eight goals and 29 points in 32 games this season.

Kyle Connor scored two goals in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Connor capped off a big opening period, extending Winnipeg's lead to 3-0. He then got the second period started with a power play marker 1:44 into that frame. The 22-year-old winger has three goals in his last two games, bringing him to 13 goals and 28 points in 30 games this season. Mark Scheifele, Tyler Myers, Brandon Tanev and Mathieu Perreault also scored in the win.

Alex Ovechkin scored a hat trick in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings.

Ovechkin scored a goal in each period, and his goals gave the Capitals 3-0, 4-0 and 6-1 leads. This was the 126th multi-goal game over his career, which moved him past Dino Ciccarelli for 11th most in league history. Ovechkin is now riding a 12-game point streak and he's collected at least one point in 14 of his last 15 contests. The Capitals captain has an incredible 25 goals and 39 points in 30 games this season. Even at 33 years old, he continues to be the best goal scorer in the game.

Jack Eichel scored a goal and assisted on another in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Los Angeles Kings.

The Sabres found themselves down two goals to open the final period. Eichel got the Sabres to within one goal with a hard shot on a man-advantage. Jacob Larsson then forced overtime before Eichel got the secondary assist on Jeff Skinner's OT winner 1:49 into the extra frame. The 22-year-old Eichel now finds himself at 10 goals and 38 points in 31 games this season.

Elias Pettersson scored a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Pettersson helped set up Josh Leivo's tying goal (1-1) at the 8:11 mark of the third frame and he also added a game-tying goal of his own (2-2) with just over three minutes left in regulation. Pettersson finished the game with a plus-1 rating, one shot on goal and one hit in 16:12 of ice time. The 20-year-old has picked up 10 points in his last four games. The rookie is up to 16 goals and 16 assists in 27 games this season. He's a must-own and must-start in all fantasy formats.

William Nylander registered a pair of assists in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes.

It took Nylander three games, but he's now picked up his first points of the 2018-19 season. The Leafs forward helped set up goals by Morgan Rielly and Patrick Marleau. He finished the night with a plus-1 rating, six penalty minutes and one shot on goal in 16:33 of ice time. The 22-year-old has now seen his ice time increase in every game. He'll probably need some more time to get in shape, but he'll be a quality fantasy option before you know it.

The Blue Jackets have ruled him out for the remainder of the contest. Anderson had two shots in 11:53 of ice time prior to leaving.
