Adrian Beltre had a big day at the dish Friday, as he went 4-for-5 with three RBI and a run scored in a victory over the Red Sox.

It was his first multi-hit game since April 23. The big blow was a three-run double in a five-run fourth inning against Felix Doubront. His other three hits were singles. Beltre is batting just .241 through 29 games this season, but he still has six home runs. That puts him on pace to come close to the 36 homers he put up last season. May 4 - 12:00 AM

S	1	Matt Harrison D.L. Matt Harrison recently had a setback with his back that required an additional surgery on Wednesday. Harrison underwent an operation on April 23 to repair a herniated disk in his lower back but began feeling additional discomfort this week, necessitating another procedure. According to T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com, the Rangers are "operating under the assumption that Harrison will pitch again this season, but he will be out for at least three months." In other words, we won't see him again until August at the earliest, and it seems like there's a good chance it will be longer than that. May 1

	4	Alexi Ogando D.L. Alexi Ogando (biceps) underwent an MRI which revealed no structural damage. Ogando was placed on the disabled list on Thursday with biceps tendinitis after he felt some pain during Wednesday's start against the Athletics. It's an encouraging sign that no more serious damage was found, and his stay on the DL should be a short one. Josh Lindblom is expected to hold his place in the rotation while he's sidelined. May 17

	7	Colby Lewis D.L. Colby Lewis (elbow) is expected to rejoin the Rangers' rotation in the first week of June. After dealing with a minor bout of triceps tendinitis, Lewis will resume his rehab assignment at Double-A Frisco on Monday. He'll need two additional outings after that before being activated. The right-hander is a nice roster stash in fantasy leagues if you have room. May 17
	8	Neftali Feliz D.L. Neftali Feliz (elbow) is long-tossing at 120 feet. Feliz's rehab from Tommy John surgery is going fine, although it's not yet been announced when he'll be ready to throw off a mound. We expect him to return to a major league mound late in the summer. May 19

	2	Joakim Soria D.L. Joakim Soria (elbow) will be shut down for 2-3 weeks with a strained pectoral muscle and is now not expected to return until around July 1. A tough break for the Rangers, as Soria had been slated to join the Rangers' bullpen as soon as late next month. The good news is that his surgically-repaired elbow is fine. The Rangers will continue to use a host of players to set up for Joe Nathan. Apr 22
