Cody Ross hit a walkoff sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 10th inning as the Diamondbacks defeated the Rockies 3-2 on Saturday night in Arizona.

Ross also had an RBI triple in the bottom of the first inning. He's 14-for-50 (.280) since returning from his calf strain and has tallied seven RBI in 14 games. Ross is a decent third outfielder in deep mixed leagues. Apr 27 - 11:52 PM

"He's going to be waiting and try to get some more growth on that bone," Diamondbacks manager Kirk Gibson said. Hill to this point has been limited to running and standing in on bullpen sessions to track pitches. It's unlikely that he'll be ready to return before June now. May 13

CF	1	Adam Eaton D.L. Adam Eaton (elbow) played five innings in center field for High-A Visalia on Friday. It's the first time he's played the field during his rehab assignment, as he had been limited to DH duty. Eaton was scheduled to play the field again on Saturday before being re-evaluated by the Diamondbacks. He should be activated before the end of the month. Manager Kirk Gibson said he's "not really worried about" finding enough playing time for all the members of a deep group of outfielders. "If we have guys, we’ll find places for them to play," the manager added. May 19

	6	Daniel Hudson D.L. Daniel Hudson (elbow) gave up two runs on five hits over four innings in an extended spring training game on Friday. It's the first time since last year's Tommy John surgery that Hudson has faced hitters wearing a different uniform. The D'Backs says the righty's fastball sat in the 91-93 mph range, which is obviously a good sign. "The light at the end of the tunnel is getting a little bit brighter now," Hudson said. Hudson will appear in another extended spring game next week and doesn't appear far off from a rehab assignment. He could be back as soon as late June if all goes well, though the big club doesn't currently have room for him in the rotation. May 19
