Chris Iannetta went 1-for-2 with a walk against the White Sox on Thursday.

Iannetta is batting .202 with no power (three homers, .333 slugging) this year, but he's been getting on base plenty recently. Since May 5, Iannetta has drawn 10 walks in nine games to pump his OBP to .333. He's not a good fantasy player, and he likely won't be again playing in Angels Stadium, but Iannetta is an underrated catcher who isn't likely to lose his starting job. May 17 - 1:43 AM

Even the most optimistic of time frames have Bourjos returning to the lineup at the end of May or beginning of June. Hamstring injuries can be extremely detrimental to players like Bourjos who rely so heavily on their speed, as they tend to linger and pose a high re-injury risk. J.B. Shuck will continue to see additional time in left field while Bourjos is sidelined. May 10

Madson thinks he's ready to be activated now, but the Angels have decided to slow things down in order to avoid re-injury. The reliever said he respects the team's decision but thinks he can "pitch here today and get people out. That's just how I feel." It sounds like he won't join the Halos' bullpen until sometime next month. May 15

	5	Kevin Jepsen D.L. Kevin Jepsen (triceps) is expected to begin a rehab assignment early next week. Jepsen has been sidelined since April 12 with a strained right shoulder, but resumed throwing from a mound last weekend and hasn't had any setbacks.
