Johnny Cueto fell to 2-3 on the season after yielding five runs in six innings to the Braves on Sunday.
The Braves jumped on Cueto early, scoring three times: once on a Freddie Freeman double and twice on a Kelly Johnson home run. Jonny Gomes swatted a solo home run in the third, and Cameron Maybin tacked on the Braves' fifth run with a single in the sixth. Cueto, overall, gave up nine hits and a walk while striking out only two. The right-hander has otherwise been terrific this season and still carries a 2.72 ERA with a 0.86 WHIP and a 40/6 K/BB ratio in 43 innings. He will try to redeem himself when he travels to Chicago to take on the White Sox in his next outing. May 3 - 4:19 PM
