Mike Trout homered in the eighth inning Tuesday to complete his first cycle in the Angels' 12-0 massacre of the Mariners.

Trout struck out in his first at-bat, but he singled, tripled and doubled afterwards before delivered his ninth homer off Lucas Luetge in the eighth. He drove in five runs in all, and he became the youngest player to hit for the cycle since Mel Ott in 1929. Trout has his average up to .293, and he's currently on pace to finish the season with 32 homers, 112 runs scored, 122 RBI and 32 steals. May 22 - 1:13 AM

Weaver didn't make any minor league rehab starts, but he pitched a few times in extended spring training, including on Wednesday when he struck out nine over 5 2/3 innings of one-run ball. He seems likely to start either next Monday or Tuesday against the Dodgers, putting him in line for a two-start week. May 23

	5	Tommy Hanson D.L. Tommy Hanson is scheduled to throw 75 pitches Saturday in an extended spring training game. Hanson has been away from the team since early May due to a death in the family. Since he's had such a long layoff, the assumption is that he'll make at least one more extended spring training start before rejoining the Angels. That means he won't be back until June 4 at the earliest. Hanson is 2-1 with a 3.86 ERA and 17/9 K/BB ratio through his first 28 innings with the Angels. May 24
