Roy Hibbert has been fined $75,000 by the NBA for using inappropriate and vulgar language.
He jokingly said "no homo" in his postgame conference and the fine was obviously going to come. Hibbert reached out to Jason Collins on Twitter saying he wanted to discuss some things and has already released a statement for his poor choice of words. His play has been terrific lately and hopefully his slip-up won't change the perception of one of the best centers in the NBA.

Roy Hibbert apologized for making "disrespectful and offensive" remarks after Game 6 on Saturday.
Hibbert inserted the phrase "no homo" into his postgame comments, which will almost certainly lead to a fine from the league. "I used a slang term that is not appropriate in any setting, private or public," said Hibbert. "I apologize to those who I have offended, to our fans and to the Pacers' organization. I sincerely have deep regret over my choice of words last night." Hibbert has no record of insensitive remarks and his apology seems heartfelt, so hopefully the NBA will simply fine him and we can move on.

Roy Hibbert used the slur "no homo" during a press conference after Game 6, an incident the NBA will most likely review.
Hibbert also cursed out the media, who he felt snubbed him in DPOY voting (they did), and he is certain to be fined by the NBA. The real problem is the homophobic slur, which if the league reacts severely could feasibly lead to a suspension.

CBS Sports
Roy Hibbert turned in another nice outing on Thursday during a loss to the Heat, scoring 22 points with six boards and two blocks in 40 minutes.
His uptick in minutes and scoring has been the story of this series. Hibbert averaged just 11.9 points and 28.7 minutes during the regular season, but in the five games against Miami in the playoffs, he's up to a whopping 39.4 minutes and 22.6 points. His strong second half of the regular season is going to make him someone that savvy fantasy owners will be coveting somewhat early next season.

The Pacers are "leaning toward" keeping Danny Granger off the trade market, sources told ESPN.
The Pacers could bring back Granger and go all-in for one season after narrowly missing out on advancing to the NBA Finals, or the team could look to deal him in the offseason. Granger will be involved in a plethora of trade rumors until he's either dealt or kept, so don't expect those to fizzle or die down any time soon.

Tyler Hansbrough
Sidelined
Tyler Hansbrough (ankle) came off the bench for three points and four rebounds in 12 minutes on Saturday, as the Pacers won Game 6 by a final score of 91-77.
Hansbrough rolled his ankle late in Game 5, which caused some concern, but he played the most minutes of any reserve and should be ready for Monday's decisive game. Sam Young made a rare 3-pointer in his seven minutes of action, Ian Mahimni played just six minutes as Roy Hibbert avoided foul trouble, and D.J. Augustin, whom the Heat look to exploit at both ends, had just two points in 10 minutes.
