Former NBA big man Marcus Haislip has signed with the DongGuan Leopards in China.
Haislip played in Lebanon last year, becoming the highest-paid foreign player in Lebanese history, and he has played for numerous other European teams. With a thriving overseas career and no interest in the U.S., it's very doubtful that we'll see him in the NBA again.

Spurs waived PF Marcus Haislip.
Haislip is rumored to be heading to Greece. The No. 13 overall pick in the 2002 draft has played in just 89 career NBA games.

According to a Greek website, Marcus Haislip is being pursued by Panathinaikos, a Greek Euroleague team, due to injuries to their roster.
Haislip has barely made an appearance in the Spurs rotation this season and his absence would be hardly noticeable. Feel free to visit the website but it's all Greek to us.

The Spurs have signed former first-round pick forward Marcus Haislip.
He spent the past two years in Spain after being taken with the 13th pick by the Bucks in 2002. The Spurs also announced they re-signed forward Malik Hairston, who played in 15 games for them last year.

Tony Parker (calf) will have a precautionary MRI on Thursday.
There is no indication of anything serious, and the MRI is just designed in order to monitor his recovery after he's dealt with a calf injury during the playoffs. We don't expect Parker to miss any time, but we're putting him on the injury report just in case. Parker reported improvement in the calf, but also noted it was the worst bruise of his career. "The calf is doing better," he said. "I'm turning the corner."
