According to FOX Sports' Aaron Wilson, Henry decided to leave on his own. He spent most of last season on the practice squad and may be out of chances in the NFL.

Seahawks re-signed RB Chris Henry.
Henry, a former second-round washout, spent most of last year on Seattle's practice squad before landing on practice squad/I.R. with a leg injury. Having earned 32 career carries through four seasons, Henry's outlook isn't bright.

Seahawks placed RB Chris Henry (leg) on practice squad/injured reserve, ending his season.
The team released no details on Henry's leg injury. The former second-round pick spent the majority of the season on the Seahawks' practice squad. He appeared in just one game this season without a carry.

Percy Harvin said Tuesday that he hasn't had a migraine headache in two years.
Harvin is often criticized for an inability to stay healthy, but before his 2012 ankle injury he had missed just three games in three NFL seasons. Since getting diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2010, he's been able to avoid the severe headaches that had plagued him all the way back to his University of Florida days. "Been fully healthy from that aspect so everything's been good," Harvin said. "I'm going to knock on wood that nothing resurfaces but it's been all great."

The Seattle Times doesn't envision the Seahawks cutting TE Zach Miller.
We don't, either. Miller has a mammoth cap number for 2013 as he's due a $6.8 million salary and a $3 million roster bonus, but he was finally starting to come on in the latter stages of the 2012 season, capping it off with an eight-catch, 142-yard, one-score Divisional Round playoff game outburst against the Falcons. He should be in line for a bigger role on offense this coming season.
