Steelers waived WR Kenneth Moore, WR Eric Greenwood, and TE Vaughn Charlton.
It was just a year ago that Moore was pushing for a starting job in Carolina, but that was always more about the Panthers' lack of alternatives than Moore's talent level. He has just one NFL reception in three years.

Steelers signed WR Kenny Moore and waived WR Adam Mims.
Moore has one career reception since the Lions used a fifth-round pick on him in 2008. He won't make the roster. Mims was undrafted out of Furman.

Colts waived WR Kenneth Moore.
Moore had been doing some kick and punt returning but wasn't seeing any action on offense. He's a decent special teams player but sealed his fate when he fumbled twice (losing one) Sunday night.

Colts WR Kenny Moore appears to have won the team's kick returner job.
The Colts currently rank 21st in the NFL in kick returns with an average of 22.2 yards. Moore had a great training camp but failed to crack the Panthers' final roster, and should serve exclusively on special teams for the Colts.

Heath Miller (torn ACL) remains without a timetable for a return, but believes "there’s a chance" he'll be ready for Week 1.
"I’m running now. I’m doing everything," Miller said. "I’m not at full speed, but I’ve been able to do everything that they’ve asked me to do. So, I’m pleased and encouraged. It’s been a long process. ... But I’m going to keep taking it one day at a time and get better every day." The Steelers didn't draft a tight end, so they're clearly counting on Miller contributing in 2013. He's too risky to count on as a low-end TE1 for fantasy purposes, however.
