According to Kendall Wright, there's "nothing" left over from the Titans' 2012 playbook.
"It’s just a new playbook," Wright said. "There’s nothing left over from last year." Kenny Britt confirmed, saying the Titans are "starting from scratch" under OC Dowell Loggains. It's just the latest indication the Titans are facing a "win or else" edict from meddlesome owner Bud Adams. Rebuilding on the fly with little rhyme or reason, the Titans have train-wreck potential.

Kendall Wright has dropped 14 pounds this offseason after playing near 201 as a rookie.
Wright is listed at 196. "I just started taking care of my body and eating right," Wright said. 201 pounds is a bit bulky for a 5-foot-10 receiver, but 187 is about right. The weight Wright plays at this season shouldn't be a perceptible factor in his production. He'll likely tip the scales somewhere in the 190s. Wright is expected to be a "significant" part of the Titans' game-plan after posting a lukewarm 64/626/4 line last season.

Kendall Wright is expected to be a "significant" part of new Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains' 2013 plans.
Wright ranked second on the team in receiving yards (626) as a rookie and tied for the lead in touchdown catches (4), but ultimately disappointed in the box score. It seemed to us like old OC Chris Palmer tried to use Wright as a space player, but it didn't work out. Wright's bread and butter at Baylor was vertical bombs from RG3, as he created consistent separation from defensive backs.

Kendall Wright caught two passes for 40 yards in the Titans' Week 17 win over the Jaguars.
Wright, the 20th overall pick in April's draft, showed toughness and quick recover-ability by returning in just two weeks after a Week 15 cracked rib. He wound up leading the Titans in receptions (64), although his yardage (626) and touchdown (4) totals underwhelmed as Wright was utilized primarily as an underneath, screen-route and ultimately possession receiver. He was a bombs-away vertical threat at Baylor. Pending competent quarterback play, look for Wright's ascension to begin in year two, establishing himself as the No. 2 or even No. 1 pass option in Tennessee's offense with Kenny Britt as his primary "competition" for the top spot.

Second-round WR Justin Hunter (hamstring) isn't participating in Titans minicamp.
It means barring an unexpected return on Wednesday or Thursday, the No. 34 overall pick will go into training camp having missed all of OTAs. His toughness has already been questioned by WRs coach Shawn Jefferson, so it's safe to assume coach Mike Munchak isn't thrilled, either. Perhaps it's why Munchak has insisted Nate Washington remains in the Titans' plans after it was previously believed he was good as gone.

Coach Mike Munchak said KR/WR Marc Mariani (leg) has been "amazing" through spring workouts.
Mariani sustained a compound fracture in his left leg during the preseason last year. He's not 100 percent yet, but appears to be getting close. Mariani holds a career average of 24.8 yards per kickoff return and 11.2 yards per punt return. Darius Reynaud averaged 23.4 yards on kickoff returns and 13.2 yards on punt returns last season, and has since been re-signed to a one-year contract.
