Ravens K Justin Tucker says it's not unrealistic for him to a have a perfect season on field goals.
Tucker had a spectacular rookie season, converting 30-of-33 field goals and all 42 of his extra points. He also went 2-for-2 in the Super Bowl, with both makes coming in the fourth quarter. The last kicker to go perfect in a season was Mike Vanderjagt, who went 37-of-37 for the Colts in 2003.

Ravens rookie K Justin Tucker has gone 32-of-35 on field goals this season.
That includes a game-winning 47-yarder in Denver on Saturday that sent the Ravens to the AFC Championship Game. It's a stark contrast to last season, when Billy Cundiff's shaky season was capped by a potential game-tying shank from 32 yards out with 11 seconds to go in the AFC title game against the Patriots.

Justin Tucker has won the Ravens' kicker job.
Undrafted out of Texas, Tucker beat out Billy Cundiff for the job after, in Cundiff's words, a "lights out" camp. It's a risky move by Ravens management, but they save $1.81 million by going with the much cheaper Tucker. If Baltimore's offense continues to play as aggressively and productively as it has this preseason, Tucker could find himself on the early-season fantasy radar.

Ravens K Justin Tucker is putting "a little distance" between himself and incumbent Billy Cundiff.
Tucker, an undrafted free agent out of Texas, has made 35-of-37 attempts through Wednesday's practice. Cundiff, who shanked a game-tying kick in last year's AFC Championship game, has gone 29-for-35. "I think you go by your instincts a little bit, but we know the stats inside out, and you certainly factor all that in," said coach John Harbaugh.

Ravens assistant GM Eric DeCosta said the team is "very excited" about Jacoby Jones as a receiver this season.
"We're very excited about Jacoby and the progress he made throughout last season," DeCosta said. "We think we've got some very good young players that can step up and contribute. Deonte Thompson isn't a heralded name, but a guy we think is going to be a good player. We're excited about Tandon Doss. David Reed has had a lot of injuries. He's flashed in practice and made plays." Add Tommy Streeter to the list of young receivers who could see a bigger role in 2013. DeCosta also wouldn't rule out the Ravens signing a veteran receiver.

Ravens placed WR LaQuan Williams on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, ending his season.
A deep reserve, Williams appeared in just 11 games on special teams this season, and failed to play a snap on offense. The second-year undrafted free agent will have to claw for a roster spot in 2013.
