Pavel Kubina has officially retired from the NHL.
A former seventh-round pick, Kubina won the Stanley Cup in 2004 with the Tampa Bay Lightning and a bronze medal with the Czech Republic in the 2006 Winter Olympics. He had 110 goals, 386 points, and 1,123 penalty minutes in 970 career games with the Lightning, Toronto Maple Leafs, Atlanta Thrashers, and Philadelphia Flyers.
