For the second time in recent weeks, Arsenal have been linked to a completed transfer for Schalke left back Sead Kolasinac which is not only a good signing but presumably signals that Arsene Wenger is staying at the Emirates.
Arsene Wenger and the Board of Arsenal have both been hesitant to announce the manager's future. While the transfer of Sead Kolasinac is certainly not final enough to be appearing on an official web site at FIFA or the Premier League, it is certainly sounding like a done deal. What that means beyond Arsenal firming up a troublesome spot with a talented youngster is that Arsene Wenger is highly likely to be staying. It seems unlikely that a player with option would select Arsenal without assurances as to the situation he would be coming into. Whether it is for a year further or two years further, Wenger looks likely to remain at the club despite all of the protests. May 15 - 11:36 AM
