Packers selected Arizona State OLB Carl Bradford with the No. 121 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft.
Bradford (6-foot 3/4, 250) was a two-year starter and four-year contributor for the Sun Devils as an undersized defensive end and outside linebacker. He racked up 40.5 career tackles for loss and 21.5 sacks, with six forced fumbles. Bradford stood out when we watched tape of DT Will Sutton, a higher-touted prospect entering the season. Bradford flashed explosive and even powerful edge-rush tools, despite less-than-ideal dimensions. (He's under 6'1" with only 30 1/2-inch arms.) Bradford is likely to open his career as a sub-package speed rusher, before perhaps developing into a starter. This was a strong value pick by GM Ted Thompson. May 10 - 1:14 PM
