Past champ Keith Clearwater returns to the site of his maiden PGA TOUR title for this week's DEAN & DELUCA Invitational at Colonial Country Club.
The last player (of five) to win in their Colonial debut was Sergio Garcia in 2001. The last player before Garcia was Clearwater, who won in 1987. He won twice that year (35 events) and that was it in 407 career starts. The 56-year-old is making his 29th overall appearance and hasn't played more than two rounds in 15 years. His last action anywhere was a missed cut eight months ago on the Web.com Tour. The BYU alum went 14-for-15 in his last full season on the PGA Tour Champions (2011) and deposited $56k for his efforts. May 25 - 10:27 AM
