Robert Streb stands ready to take on Harbour Town for the first time in the RBC Heritage.
Streb’s rookie season is somewhat reminiscent of Brian Harman from last year’s class. Streb enters this week with four top 25s in 11 starts, ranking 98th in the current FedExCup standings. His glaring weakness is driving accuracy (132nd), which may pose a problem on the narrow, tree-lined track that awaits this week.

Robert Streb signed for a 5-under-par 32-35=67 in the final round of the Puerto Rico Open, finishing the week at 15-under 273.
Streb's rookie season includes two top-20 finishes, but he looks a lock to record his first top 15, if not his first top 10, today. With six birdies to just one bogey on Trump International Golf Club-Puerto Rico, he remains a quick study at every level he reaches. We will next see him at the Tampa Bay Championship.

Robert Streb crafted a bogey-free, 7-under-par 34-31=65 in his second round of the Puerto Rico Open.
While he's missed half of his six cuts this season, the PGA TOUR rookie has earned attention at times. He's posted a pair of top 20s, including a T18 at last week's Honda where he opened with a bogey-free 65 at PGA National. Today he circled seven birdies to reach the midpoint in 8-under 136 and sit four strokes off the 36-hole clubhouse lead.

Robert Streb followed his opening 65 at The Honda Classic with an even-par 35-35=70 in his second round to reach the midpoint in 5-under 135, three strokes back of the 36-hole clubhouse lead.
It probably wasn't what he wanted today but the result is better than the alternative for the PGA TOUR rookie. He negated three bogeys with three birdies, all dropping in from outside 10 feet. The highlight of the set measured 38'3" at the par-3 15th hole. Streb has played The Bear Trap in bogey-free 3-under with one birdie and one par on each of the three holes.
