Henrik Norlander spun a bogey-free 7-under-par 31-34=65 in the third round of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, improving to 10-under 206.
Norlander opened with birdies on five of his first eight holes, and finished his assault on TPC Louisiana with birdies on 11 and 13 before parring to the clubhouse. It was one off his career low of 64 at the season-opening Sony Open, but that came on a par-70 layout. Relative to par, this marks the lowest score for the Swede.

Henrik Norlander has been added to the published field of this week's RBC Heritage.
Norlander was the third alternate when the field was released on Friday afternoon. He gained entry on a sponsor exemption. The rookie from Sweden is 4-for-8 on the season but has yet to log a top-40 finish.

Henrik Norlander carded a 1-under-par 36-35=71 in his second round of the Valero Texas Open to survive the cut on the number at 1-over 145.
The PGA TOUR rookie not only hung on for his fourth payday of the year, but he overcame a quaduple bogey at the par-4 eighth hole as well. Norlander ultimately snuck inside the bubble thanks to a kick-in birdie at the par-5 18th hole today, his 36th of the week. He's one of 82 golfers that reached the midpoint among the low 70 and ties, so a second cut of low 70 and ties will fall after 54 holes.

Norlander was the second alternate when the field was released on Friday afternoon. He gained entry immediately afterward due to two withdrawals. The PGA TOUR rookie has been virtually nonexistent this season, cashing in just two of six starts, neither of those going for a top 40. Not unexpectedly, he'll be making his debut at Redstone.
