Brian McCann connected on his sixth home run of the season Tuesday, helping to lead the Braves to a 6-2 victory over Johnny Cueto and the Reds.
McCann finished the night 2-for-3 and also drew a walk. He's only hitting .243 on the season, though he's displayed impressive power with six homers and 21 RBI to date. He remains one of the strongest offensive catchers in the National League, and should be a lock to finish as a top five backstop in mixed fantasy leagues by season's end.

Braves placed RHP Arodys Vizcaino on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 26, with a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow.
It's a procedural move, as Vizcaino underwent Tommy John surgery earlier this month. The hard-throwing right-hander will hope to make it back for the start of 2013.

Braves placed LHP Robert Fish on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 26, with left elbow tendinitis.
Fish made three appearances this spring before being shut down due to soreness. The 24-year-old left-hander was selected from the Angels in December's Rule 5 Draft, but the Braves get to keep him around as long as he's on the disabled list.
