Lorenzo Cain (groin) is expected to miss another 4-8 weeks.

Cain originally just had a left groin strain, but that has turned into a torn hip flexor. It's a really bad injury for a base stealer and he won't even start rehab work until next week. 	3	Jonathan Sanchez D.L. Jonathan Sanchez (biceps tendinitis) is heading to the Royals' spring training complex for rehab work. He'll eventually progress to a minor league rehab assignment. Sanchez, who was placed on the disabled list retroactive to May 8, seems doubtful to return before the end of May. He has posted a brutal 6.75 ERA and 18/22 K/BB ratio through six starts this season. Duffy will undergo season-ending Tommy John surgery in Los Angeles within the next two weeks and figures to miss the early part of the 2013 campaign. It's disappointing given the improvement he showed this season, but there's still plenty of promise here in the long-term. May 18
