Justin Ruggiano launched his eighth home run of the season in Monday's loss to the Rays.

It was a solo shot. Ruggiano finished the day 1-for-5 with three strikeouts and left seven men on base. While the 31-year-old outfielder has done his part in the power and speed departments thus far, he's hitting just .217 with a .293 on base percentage through 47 games. He could lose his starting job if (or when) the Marlins deem top prospect Christian Yelich ready for the majors. May 27 - 7:03 PM
