Aaron Hicks had a double and a terrific catch in center field Sunday in the loss to the Tigers.
Hicks went hard into the wall to deny Miguel Cabrera an RBI double in the eighth inning today. It was a nice finish for a guy who was initially being treated as a part-time left fielder and right fielder at the beginning of the spring. He didn't really get his chance in center until the last week, when the Twins put Danny Santana at shortstop. How Hicks figures into the Twins' plans next year will hinge on what the team decides about Santana. If Santana is a shortstop, Hicks will probably get a chance to win the center field job.
