Evan Gattis homered twice and drove in four runs in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Mariners.
Gattis put up huge numbers against the Mariners, finishing 2-for-4 with two home runs, four RBI and three runs scored. He hit a three-run shot off J.A. Happ in the first inning to jump the Astros out to a 3-0 lead, then hit a solo shot in the eighth inning to put them ahead 7-6. That would hold as the final score. Gattis has now homered in three straight games, a hot streak that's come seemingly from nowhere. Prior to the start of the team's home series with the Mariners, Gattis was hitting just .174/.208/.304 with two home runs and seven RBI. He exits with a line of .198/.225/.442, six home runs and 17 RBI. Not a bad little series. May 3 - 5:41 PM
