Cody Asche went 2-for-4 with a double that sparked a three-run sixth inning that allowed the Phillies to tie and eventually overcome the Braves on Friday.
Asche doubled in a run, pushing Freddy Galvis to third base. Galvis later scored on an infield single, and Asche later scored on a wild pitch, tying the game at 4-4 in the sixth. The third baseman is hitting .255/.312/.395 with 10 home runs and 46 RBI on the season. Asche will battle Maikel Franco for the third base job next year and may have to consider switching positions.
