Chris Bosh (abdominal strain) has been ruled out for Games 5 and 6 of the Pacers vs. Heat series and head coach Erik Spoelstra said "it's too early to say" if Bosh would even be ready for a possible Game 7.
Bosh has taken a lot of criticism over the last two years as the weakest of the Heat's Big 3, but is now looking like quite a valuable missing piece as the Heat try to bang down low with the talented front court of the Pacers. It took a monster 40-point, 18-rebound performance from LeBron James for the Heat to come back and win Game 4 in Indy on Sunday. LeBron will need to continue to put up monster stat lines for the Heat advance.

Chris Bosh (abdominal strain) is not traveling with the team and won't play in Game 3 or Game 4 against the Pacers.
This is a mere formality at this point as Bosh is not expected to return for the duration of the series against the Pacers. Miami has not provided a timetable for his return, and the only way for Bosh to get healthy is by resting the injury and allowing it to heal.

Beat writer Ira Winderman says Chris Bosh is "almost assuredly" out for "weeks."
The Heat claim Bosh's MRI revealed good news, but they are declining to give a timetable. They've listed him as "out indefinitely," and most beat writers are assuming the Heat will be without Bosh for the entire series against the Pacers. We'll have to watch Bosh's practice participation for clues here.

An MRI on Chris Bosh revealed a strained abdominal muscle and he is officially listed as "out indefinitely."
It's a little surprising that the Heat didn't refer to Bosh as "day-to-day." By saying he's out indefinitely, they are at least hinting at an extended absence. It's unclear what coach Erik Spoelstra will do with his lineup, but look for plenty of LeBron James at power forward. Udonis Haslem, Ronny Turiaf and Joel Anthony will also be asked to play more. Miami's "Big Three" is down to a "Big Two" for now.

Suspended
Udonis Haslem has been suspended one game for his Flagrant-2 foul on Tyler Hansbrough during Game 5.
Dexter Pittman has also been suspended, for three games, and with Chris Bosh already ruled out for Game 6 the Heat's frontcourt is especially thin. Shane Battier has already been checking David West at PF in the series, and we could see Juwan Howard or even Eddy Curry on the active roster for Thursday.

The NBA has suspended Dexter Pittman three games for his Flagrant-2 foul on Lance Stephenson during Game 5.
Pittman took a blatant cheap-shot to Stephenson's head, so the suspension is completely unsurprising. His loss shouldn't be a major issue for Miami, considering he hasn't played more than four minutes in a game during the playoffs.
