Peyton Manning (neck surgeries) is participating fully in Broncos OTAs.
Multiple reports claim Manning's velocity has returned, although we won't get a clear picture until preseason rolls around. OC Mike McCoy has indicated that his terminology will remain, while Manning has "bought in" to a drastically revised Broncos offense that has old Indianapolis elements. Manning has played 13 seasons in the NFL. His teams have finished in the top eight in pass attempts nine times, and not once has his offense ranked lower than 15th.

Archie Manning believes Peyton Manning will take things "year to year" for the rest of his career.
"I think he's always done a good job of not taking his health for granted," Archie said of his son. "But after missing a season, I think he is going year to year.'' There is little "year to year" about Peyton's contract, as he will be guaranteed $20 million base salaries in 2013 and 2014 if he can pass a physical next March. It's no secret that Peyton's neck woes could end his career on a dime, but he's a likely candidate to keep slinging it until it's no longer physically possible.

The Broncos will square off against the Steelers in the first NBC Sunday Night Football game of the 2012 season.
The Peyton Manning effect is already being felt in Denver, where the Steelers' season ended in January. The AFC North will also reportedly be featured in the Monday Night opener, with the Bengals traveling to Baltimore. The rest of the NFL schedule will be released at 7:00 p.m. ET Tuesday evening.

After working out with Peyton Manning this spring, Eric Decker says there's "no question" that Manning still possesses plenty of arm strength after multiple neck operations.
"The guy's still throwing the ball a long time, throwing it great, hitting you in the right spot," Decker said. "He's such a perfectionist. If he hits you in the belly button, he gets mad at himself for not hitting you in the chest. It's unbelievable to be around a guy who has those standards for himself." Decker isn't going to say anything negative about his new quarterback, but it's still positive news. Decker's stats could take off with Manning at the controls.

He appears to be ahead of schedule. Moreno had been discussed as a PUP candidate before the draft, following a November tear of his right ACL. Sliding down the depth chart, Moreno still has a fight ahead to crack the Broncos' 53.

Broncos TE Julius Thomas underwent surgery last week to repair ligaments in his ankle.
Surgery was performed by noted foot doctor Robert Anderson. Thomas will be limited throughout Denver's offseason program, but should be healthy in time for training camp. A former basketball player and fourth-round pick in 2011, Thomas finished his rookie season with one catch. He'll vie for playing time with Virgil Green and Joel Dreessen behind Jacob Tamme this summer.

Suspended
Broncos TE Virgil Green will not appeal his four-game suspension for violating the league's banned substances policy.
Green was suspended for ADHD. He took it "prior to obtaining an exemption from the league," and says he now has that exemption and is free to take ADHD going forward. "I apologize to my teammates, coaches and fans for my mistake," said Green, "and will make sure to never let anything like this happen again."
