7/29/2011: Signed a five-year, $20 million contract. The deal contains $7 million guaranteed, including a $3 million signing bonus. Moore is eligible for annual $200,000 workout bonuses in years two through five. Another $1.5 million is available through incentives based on receptions. 2012: $825,000 (+ $2.65 million "signing" bonus), 2013: $2.5 million (+ $500,000 roster bonus), 2014: $3.1 million (+ $500,000 roster bonus), 2015: $3.1 million (+ $1 million roster bonus), 2016: Free Agent

Saints WR Lance Moore and CB Patrick Robinson have restructured their contracts.
Moore's restructure cleared $2 million in cap space, reducing his $2 million salary to $825,000 and converting the remainder to a prorated signing bonus. Per Mac's Football Blog, his $1.5 million roster bonus was also converted to an "amount treated like a signing bonus."

Lance Moore (hamstring) is inactive for Saturday's Divisional Round game against the 49ers.
As expected, run-stuffing SS Roman Harper (ankle) is active. Moore's third straight absence means Robert Meachem will make another start across from Marques Colston. Although Moore's injury was not a factor as Drew Brees shredded the Lions for 466 yards in the Wild Card round, it could loom larger against the 49ers' elite defense as the Saints take their show outdoors. Also inactive for the Saints are TE John Gilmore, TE Tory Humphrey, G Eric Olsen, DE Turk McBride, LB Nate Bussey and CB Leigh Torrence.

Lance Moore (hamstring) has been ruled out for the Divisional round.
Blocking TE John Gilmore (ankle) is also out. Robert Meachem will start across from Marques Colston, with Devery Henderson working in three-wide sets. Moore didn't practice this week and still has no timetable to return.

Lance Moore (hamstring) was held out of practice again on Thursday.
Moore was optimistic yesterday that he'd be able to play against the 49ers, but the Saturday game date is working against him. Friday is a travel day for the Saints. Jeff Duncan of the New Orleans Times-Picayune suspects Moore will ultimately play as a game-time decision.

Saints interim coach Joe Vitt conceded that Mark Ingram (toe, knee surgeries) is unlikely to be a full-go for the start of training camp.
Ingram has undergone three surgeries over the past three offseasons, two on his left knee. While Vitt is confident Ingram will be ready by Week 1, the durability concerns won't help Ingram's chances of experiencing a bigger workload. The 2011 first-round pick should be red-flagged in 2012 fantasy drafts.
