Texans shadow CB Johnathan Joseph (Achilles) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice.
A first-team Pro Football Focus All-Pro opposite Darrelle Revis, Joseph will be at close to full strength for Saturday's rematch with A.J. Green. It's worth noting that Green has averaged just 2.5 catches and 25.5 yards on 8.5 targets since suffering a Grade-3 shoulder separation in Week 15.

Texans CB Johnathan Joseph (ankle) was deemed "fine" by coach Gary Kubiak Wednesday.
Joseph gave the Texans a scare when he hurt his ankle in last week's win over the Dolphins. But he gutted his way through the second half and practiced on Wednesday. Joseph's presence is imperative if the Texans are going to slow down the Saints in New Orleans this week.

Texans CB Johnathan Joseph left the stadium Sunday walking gingerly with a large wrap on his right ankle.
Joseph hurt the ankle in the second quarter. He returned, but the concern is swelling. Joseph will be needed as the Texans' top-ranked defense (10.0 points allowed per game, 271.0 yards allowed per game) tries to slow down the Saints next week. Fantasy owners riding the Texans D/ST should explore other Week 3 options.

Texans CB Johnathan Joseph was forced from Sunday's game against the Dolphins with a right ankle injury.
Joseph's return is officially questionable, but he hasn't been seen since the second quarter. Jason Allen and Kareem Jackson are working as the starting cornerbacks in the mean time. Joseph returned to the game in the fourth quarter, gutting it out with an obvious limp.

Coach Gary Kubiak insists Matt Schaub (Lisfranc surgery) could be partaking in OTAs if the Texans allowed him.
The Texans are exercising the utmost caution with Schaub, and getting promising second-year QB T.J. Yates extra reps. "Matt is fine," Kubiak said. "Matt, to be honest with you, could probably do individuals, could do 7-on-7, but we’re just being smart. When you haven’t passed a physical, you’re not going to step on the field." Schaub is expected to be fully cleared for training camp.

Andre Johnson (knee scope) has "no doubt" that he'll be ready for training camp.
"I feel like maybe in three, four more weeks, I’ll be probably ready to go," Johnson said. "It’s just a process. I’m not having any issues from the other injuries I had with my hamstrings and stuff like that." Johnson has missed 12 combined games over the past two seasons. He should still be one of the first 3-5 wide receivers drafted in fantasy football leagues this year.
