Darren McFadden practiced in front of the media Tuesday for the first time since coming down with a Lisfranc sprain in October.
It's also McFadden's first time on the field with Carson Palmer. He was "full go" in practice -- running, catching, cutting, and participating in every drill with teammates. Without Michael Bush around to vulture touchdowns, a workhorse McFadden is going to be severely undervalued in fantasy drafts this summer.

Raiders RBs coach Kelly Skipper doesn't envision any lingering problems from Darren McFadden's 2011 Lisfranc sprain.
"He didn’t have any major surgeries, so he’s able to come back healthy and he’s playing at a high level right now and it’s offseason," Skipper said. "... He’s out here. You would never know he got hurt. He’s making cuts at full speed, everything." McFadden was the No. 7 overall running back in fantasy points per game last season. He's a lock to be a value pick in 2012 drafts.

New coach Dennis Allen indicated that he believes Darren McFadden can "absolutely" be a workhorse back, and will remain the Raiders' lead runner in 2012.
The Raiders' offseason actions at running back have hinted at little or no concern about possible lingering effects from McFadden's 2011 Lisfranc sprain. "Can he run the ball 25, 30 times? Absolutely," said Allen. "But I also think the running back position in this league, I think you have the ability to use different people. ... Does he have the ability to be the lead back? Absolutely and he will be."

Darren McFadden (foot) has participated in "all drills" in Raiders' voluntary workouts.
The word comes straight from new head coach Dennis Allen, who says McFadden has been doing a "nice job." McFadden will be full go for training camp, but as someone who has averaged just 11.3 games per season through his four-year career, don't believe he'll make it through all 16 games in 2012 until you see it.
