Justin Forsett rushed four times for 31 yards and a touchdown in Seattle's Week 11 win over the Rams.
He added a catch for two yards. Forsett had touched the ball just six times in Seattle's past four games, but was more involved today with the Seahawks going ground-and-pound against the Rams' 32 ranked run defense. Look for him to again be de-emphasized against Washington's stouter run defense in Week 12.

Justin Forsett rushed eight times for 23 yards in Sunday's loss to the Browns.
With Marshawn Lynch (back) a last-minute scratch, Forsett split carries with starter Leon Washington. The problem is that Forsett continues to be as unproductive as it gets. He's rushed 22 times for 56 yards this season, good for a 2.54 YPC average. With the Bengals' tough defense on deck, Forsett won't be a quality fantasy option even if Lynch sits again.

The Seattle Times believes Justin Forsett will lose the primary "scat-back role on third downs" to Leon Washington.
Forsett will have a role in Seattle's offense; we just don't know exactly what it will be if Washington takes over on obvious passing downs. He may take an occasional series from Marshawn Lynch as a change-of-pace option. There's very little fantasy upside in the Seattle backfield.

Justin Forsett sustained an ankle injury late in Sunday's Divisional Round contest against the Bears.
He's done for the day and has a full offseason to get healthy. Forsett rushed four times for just nine yards against a Chicago front seven that dominated the Seahawks' offensive line. He added three receptions for 25 yards. Signed cheaply through 2011, Forsett will return in the change-of-pace role next year.

Seahawks WRs Sidney Rice (shoulder surgeries) and Kris Durham (shoulder surgery) ran routes during Thursday's OTA workout.
Both players, along with sixth-round S Winston Guy, wore red non-contact jerseys as a precaution. The optimistic Seahawks expect Rice to be the healthiest he's ever been by the time training camp rolls around. As far as we're concerned, the three concussions in a 12-month span are every bit as worrisome as Rice's twin shoulder surgeries.

Seahawks WR Kris Durham, placed on injured reserve this week, underwent surgery to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder.
So there's no truth to the rumor that Durham injured his shoulder when the Seahawks twisted his arm to go on I.R. The 2011 fourth-rounder is facing a six-month recovery timetable, leaving him questionable for an important round of OTAs next spring.

Receivers Mike Williams (leg) and Sidney Rice (shoulder surgeries, concussions) are not taking part in Seahawks voluntary workouts.
Rice's absence was expected, but there was an outside chance Williams would participate. Recovering from a broken left ankle and fibula, Williams will have to be 100 percent healthy to even be in the mix for a roster spot in training camp.
