Packers WR/KR Randall Cobb caught three passes for 38 yards in the team's Divisional round playoff loss to the Giants.
He was also kept in check on kick returns with a long of 27. Cobb enters his first NFL offseason with several arrows pointing up. The Packers may cut ties with overpriced 37-year-old slot receiver Donald Driver, and that's a job Cobb can do. With game-changing talent and a role on the rise in a dominant, pass-first offense, Cobb could be a sneaky WR3 candidate in 2012 drafts.

"I talked to Cobb on the field," said coach Mike McCarthy. "He said he feels lot better today than yesterday." McCarthy has no concerns about Cobb's availability for Sunday's game.

"I feel very good about the health of our football team," said coach Mike McCarthy. "Those who were limited were close to being full." Cobb will play in the Divisional round. He is Green Bay's primary kick and punt returner.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel expects WR/KR Randall Cobb (groin) to be "ready to go" in two weeks.
The explosive rookie can't expect more than 1-2 catches per game throughout the postseason, but his return does give the Packers an answer to the Saints' Darren Sproles in the return game. It's a weapon Green Bay was missing last season.

Already running four days a week, Green has graduated to "a little bit" of cutting. He's stayed ahead of schedule in his rehab all offseason. "My speed is picking up daily," Green said. "I'm definitely excited with where I'm at."

Packers coach Mike McCarthy acknowledged that TE Andrew Quarless (ACL, MCL surgery) will be "challenged" to be ready for training camp.
Quarless is a candidate to open the season on the PUP list. "Andrew, just from a timetable standpoint, is a question mark," McCarthy admitted. The Packers' top three tight ends to open the year should be Jermichael Finley, Tom Crabtree, and D.J. Williams. Quarless could reenter the mix around midseason.
