Nathan Walker has a real chance to make the Washington Capitals on the fourth line.
He saw fourth line duty on Saturday alongside Jay Beagle and Devante Smith-Pelly and made quite an impression. "Walker was giving us some energy, he was giving us some speed and I just made that flip," coach Barry Trotz told reporters after the game. "I just thought Walks was starting to make things happen. His speed was noticeable, his will on the puck if you will was really good. I thought that'd be a good fit. I just moved him over there and I thought he had an effect on the game." The third round pick in 2014, Walker could be the first Australian to play in the NHL. Sep 24 - 10:29 AM
