Tammy Abraham scored his first Premier League goal and the first of Swansea City's season as they picked up three road points with a 0-2 win over Crystal Palace.
Swansea were able to take advantage of an Eagles side struggling with defensive errors, finally getting on the board after going goalless the first two weekends. It looked as though they might squander a chance to take the lead before halftime, with a free header by Alfie Mawson missing wide, but Abraham got them on the board a minute before the break. Leroy Fer sent a cross into the box and the teenager was able to shrug off a defender to meet the ball with his toe to poke home. Fellow forward Jordan Ayew then made it 0-2 a few minutes into the second half, when Kyle Naughton did well to dispossess the ball and send it through to Ayew who took a touch around the keeper before walking it home. Sam Clucas made his debut and the Swans enter the break with four points from two road games. Aug 26 - 12:19 PM
