Louisville coach Charlie Strong said Monday that the team will have a zero-tolerance policy towards junior RB Michael Dyer.
According to Strong, Dyer will sign a behavioral contract. The coach is smartly taking no chances with Dyer, who has a history of malfeasance. Interestingly, Strong consulted with Auburn coach Gus Malzahn before accepting Dyer. Malzahn, who coached Dyer both as Auburn's offensive coordinator and Arkansas State's head coach, recommended Dyer to Strong. Dyer left Auburn after two 1,000-yard rushing seasons after he ran into numerous off-field problems. He transferred to ASU after the 2011 season and was dismissed by the Malzahn-led staff, eventually spending 2012 at Arkansas Baptist College. Draftniks and college fantasy football players alike will want to closely monitor Dyer's situation this month. He has NFL-caliber skills. Mon, Aug 5, 2013 02:38:00 PM
