With surgically repaired knees, Warren Norman makes his way back to the gridiron.
Not only did he make his way back, but Norman has participated fully in practice this week. It was a long time coming. Norman was the SEC’s freshman of the year in 2009 and was on his way to a productive 2010 before being cut down by devastating knee injuries. He last played Oct. 30, 2010 at Arkansas. A healthy Norman could make for a nice one-two punch with starting tailback Zac Stacy (1,193 yards last season) next season. At the very least, Norman, who also has a solid pair of hands out of the backfield, would provide coach James Franklin with a change-it-up option. Most importantly, Norman's knees are feeling fine.
