With Montee Ball held out James White sidelined with a knee injury, it was Gordon’s chance to shine during the Badgers’ spring game. Depth is a good thing and while coach Bret Bielema hopes he does not have to call on Gordon in a key situation as that would likely mean Ball is injured, the presence of another productive player can open up some possibilities.
